Bonney Lake Habit drive thru 12/19/25 8:50pm – ordered the basic burger. I don’t normally get fries, but this time, I did, after a long day of work then Christmas shopping. I was the only customer. It takes a while, so I waited 15+ minutes in line. Customers pulled into the drive thru behind me. Server tried to hand me some type of ice cream in a cup. Not my order. I then waited a few more minutes for my meal. (Customer behind me will get the melting ice cream.) The burger finally came and was fine. The fries were hot but limp, greasy, and definitely undercooked. Terrible. I couldn’t eat them. For the $$, I expected better. I won’t be back. I wasn’t offered a receipt so can’t connect the order#.

Waited for about 15 minutes for a Togo order. Stood at counter not one person came up and said anything or acknowledged presence. Then another girl came up put food on counter and drink and walked away no words. I had to look at receipt to know it was mine. Customer service at this location pm 9/3 0 star. Over all good business and good food but the following is what kweps them from excellent in my mind. The drive through took about 8 minutes. It was concerning as no one met me at the window for a few minutes causing me to almost leave as I was unsure if I went to the right window etc. The 50 50 side was a little intresting. Definitely isnt 50% fires 50% onion rings.

Tried Habit burger, 11/20/25 ordered double patty burger with 50/50 onion rings and fries. Patties were to be fair quite tasty, but the salad topping was to say the least wet and sloppy, then there was the side. I liked the idea of 50/50 rather than loads of fries with onion rings ordered as an extra. Great idea. Poor execution both were overcooked to being close to blackened.

Came in on a saturday afternoon about 1:30 pm. Ordered a charbuger meal and added some dipoing sauce. Fries were outstanding and loved the fry sauce, as well as the teriyaki sauce i had purchased. Burger was fresh and tasty. Though the burger is expensive if you compare it to McDs or that sort of fast food place, it’s much better. To me, the fries were the best part of the meal. Seating area was clean and staff friendly and attentive. Wil be coming back.

I tried Habit Burger for the second time. First time was when they first opened a few years back. What brought me in was a coupon in the mail for a free char burger with cheese.
I wasn’t impressed the first time and unfortunately not impressed this time.
Sweet potato fries were soggy and bland and the burger was soggy too and undercooked – pink/red in spots.
I won’t be returning.

Haven’t eaten at the habit in quite a while. Ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb, not realizing that they had ruined it really disappointed who was my favorite thing to eat there because I don’t really eat burgers these days. It’s pretty sad the original Santa Barbara Cobb was really really good.

In addition to my previous RAW French fries review, I’m adding undercooked burger. I removed the slimy, soggy bun only to discover not one but TWO pink patties. So gross. And my hubs got 1 patty on his double char burger. I guess that’s 1 less to throw out. Enforce your quality standards Habit! I don’t want to hear the “we’re understaffed” excuse. Close if you can’t cook safe food.

3 meals and over $50!!! Not to mention we have been sitting here in the drive thru after paying for over 15 minutes now. Nobody else in drive thru, can see food sitting ready and nobody helping anyone. Suddenly she noticed we are still waiting and grabs the food that’s been sitting. So we got not fresh food, terrible service and it took 16 minutes from order to hand off. Wild! Never again.

Food was excellent. Service was very lacking. Only option is to order from a kiosk. When ordering from I kiosk I would assume everything should be there since it is all typed out and on the receipt, this was not the case. Gal put a couple orders on the counter and then mumbled something. I got a text that said our food was ready. I grabbed what I assumed was my tray. Took it back to the table and there were no drinks on it. I went back to the counter and asked for our drink cups. Got a funny look then she grabbed the couple of cups. Then my son noticed he didn’t get his item from his kids meal. I again went back to the counter and asked for the kids meal item, again the gal just stared at me and gave me a funny look. Then I said “does he get something for the kids meal?” She finally reached back and grabbed the little gummy hamburger.
Also not a fan of being asked for a tip when I pay. If a place wants tips for the cooks or the person putting food on the counter, place a jar on the counter. I don’t know how good the service is going to be when I am paying, and if the service is good I’d be willing to tip after. However the food isn’t delivered to the tables and the service was very poor so not sure what the tip would be for.
