Decorations are faded, outdated, and dusty. I had a little one needing to use the restroom and I insisted she waited until we got home because of the awful smell in the hallway to the restrooms. Food is very bland and overcooked. All the desserts are purchase from Walmart bakery. They didn’t even try to take it out of the packaging to have a more appealing presentation. Just a heads up there is an additional charge on cards. I’m ok with this but since there is a set fee, it would get great to see thay posted with the $2.38 charge. Our waiter was great but how hard is it to serve 4 people that ordered the buffet and same drinks.

Food is good, however I ordered and asked to share the fajita plate with my friend because it said $18 on the menu. I specified this when ordering and the man didn’t respond. Was charged $28. When I mentioned the issue at the register they showed me a menu where the 1 in 18 had been visibly scribbled out to be a 2. If you plan to eat here, make sure to specify what price you’re paying before they charge you.

Food is decent for Henderson. Don’t expect anyone to understand much of any English, Managed or owned by a man who has little respect or appreciation for his customers and I feel for the employees working there. MUCH BETTER FOOD IN JACKSON. Henderson doesn’t have a whole lot of choices but I will NEVER GO BACK.

Found dead roach in my rice to only turn around and be charged 20 bucks extra. They never refunded my money either! Blamed the while thing on their computer. My friend was charged a extra 10 and they told him the same thing! The extra charges happened on different days! Avoid this place!! Bunch of crooks

The new owner is one of the rudest, most arrogant people I’ve ever met in my entire life. My wife wanted to try something new from the menu. She order her meal with no onions and peppers. When the meal was brought out, it was covered in both. We tried to voice our concerns and to have the problem corrected, but he just told us that it had been made and there we would have to pay for it. He finally corrected the problem after she stormed out in tears and I had to get a little rude. But there was no need for any of this to have happened. I’ve loved this place since it opened as Los Portales so many years ago. But after this past experience, my family and I will never be back. It’s become a disgrace of what it used to be.

Surely won’t be back first and last time here. First pic is the steak burrito we asked for with cheese sauce on the side. Second pic is steak tacos with very overdone tough meat. When we told the waitress that the burrito was wrong she said sorry and walked away. After all the hype of how great the place was I was deeply saddened as to the quality and taste of our food.

Food is alright, no problems there. My issue was the lady that was running the register couldn’t count. I spent 3 and a half minutes standing there staring at her waiting for 89 cents. She literally pulled her phone out and called somebody for 10 seconds before putting it up and giving me a half-hearted smile and laugh then kinda handed me 50 cents. I took it because I ran out of patience because she couldn’t figure out how to subtract 11 cents from 100
