The place was empty like normal and still no good customer service very rude asked to speak with the owner or manager was told by the person taking the money and giving out food that he is the owner, said his name was Ruben York. Needless to say, I canceled my order and will not be going back. If you’re going to be rude working in customer service you’re not going to be in customer service very long. The cookout and DUNN is amazing and a great alternative!

First time ever eating here. Typed in bk on my GPS it brought me here. So I said I’ll try it. Very happy. Sanitation rating 99.5 that’s extremely hard to get working in any fast food local or big chain so Very impressive with that. Burger was delicious. Fries good. For $10 you can’t beat it and a huge drink. This will be my new place to stop and eat In dunn until I go into labor :]

My burger was not awesome more like lackluster and the presentation of it was disappointing. I’ve had better looking & better tasting burgers from cookout. The burger and fries lacked taste and I love waffle fries. I figured it would be like a five guys type joint due to the meat being fresh but the best thing too me was the tea. I wouldn’t go back but wish them much success.

If you are from Dunn or around Dunn you should support your town. This is a way to support by getting behind locally owned businesses. This is the best hot dog in the town of Dunn. I did not love the hamburger, but I have never been a hamburger fan. The prices were extremely cheap compared to other places. The restaurant was clean and the customer service was honorable.

Lazy kid taking orders sitting on his butt playing on his phone was extremely rude. I’m not the first to complain. Move him out and make room for someone who wants a job. Older gentleman making the food at the second window and basically doing all the work, amazing and kind and the only reason the rating is 2 stars. The food is bland and not worth the price.
