the inside was closed to customers, drive thru and to go only. Asked for a chili dog and got a chili and cheese dog. I prefer just chili from A&W. Next I got some chicken as this is combined with KFC. They did give me some extra. But it was so greasy. Good but dang drain it before you serve it. Mashed potatoes were good but needed mote gravy. Wife got 3 piece chicken strip and 1 piece was not cooked all the way. Staff could ha e been friendlier through the window. But it’s all good. 7:15 and maybe they have to many crazies.. but for real friendly service brings people back as much as the food.

Where do I start. I decided to take my daughter to A&W for a traditional A&W rootbeer float in the traditional mug they advertise. That apparently is not happening anymore. Actually the gal serving me looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for one. Younno the glass mug plastered all over all of their advertising and in every single picture… then the next thing I noticed was that nobody that worked there had a single smile or good vibe to send anyone’s way.. this seems to be a thing for lakewood area restaurants. The food was pretty good that’s why I am giving any stars in this situation. I was unimpressed. Next time I go to any establishment and I get treated like this I’m probably just gonna turn myself right around and take my hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Customer service left much to be desired. Employees would rather socialize then help serve customers. The famous bowl looked like nothing compared to the advertisements. 4 tiny chicken nuggets. Would not recommend this location go elsewhere.

My fiance ordered dinner for her and I plus the store messed up our orders and made it too salty for the food and missing a 1 of 2 sodas that my fiance specifically ordered that was missing that the door dasher said wasn’t there when he picked up the food. I also tried calling but they hung up on me multiple times in the past 20 minutes and it’s very unacceptable as a business to basically make food and mess up people’s orders

The food has been cold both (2) times. The first time no condiments on the burgers. Second time food cold, burgers were extremely dry. They always mess up my order. Waste of money and time.

I will not be going back…Very Frustrating interaction. I pulled up to the drive thru and they asked what I wanted so I ordered. I asked for a Combo meal without pickle or onions. I heard a rustle on the mic a giggle and they asked me what I wanted again. I repeated my order specifically an A5 Combo with no onions or pickles with a sprite. Again a rustle, giggles, laughing then silence. Then again I was asked what I wanted. I tried to order again but was cut off by them talking to whoever in the background. I said “that’s three times I am done”. They laughed hysterically almost rejoicing and said have a nice evening as I drive away. It seems like they do this on purpose to not have to make a special ordered burger (I have heard this is a tactic they use as laziness) or they were doing whatever inappropriate things and not doing the job they are payed to do. I can go up the road to any other place and receive 100% better service. This place is failing on training and oversight and needs to be corrected. My next stop is a corporate complaint.

I think it’s a little ridiculous that they wouldn’t take my order through drive thru but let other people order then when I asked why they didn’t answer. Then two employees got upset because we were undecided on what we wanted to eat a male said something under his breath and then a female worker laughed about it and then just walked away without saying anything. Very unprofessional. I tried calling the store and they refused to answer so I could talk to a manager.

Employees are friendly and quickly prepared my order correctly. Only concern was a soda spill and closer to restroom entrance floor was very slippery and i slipped. I addressed the concerns to a young man but he just blew it off. Can you say lawsuit waiting to happen.
