I recently purchased three chicken tenders and a root beer float for $17. Unfortunately, the service was unfriendly. When charging such a high price for fast food, there should be a concerted effort to make the experience worthwhile, which it was not.
As a frequent reviewer, I always aim to be positive and typically address any issues with a manager before writing a review, based on their response. However, I doubt this establishment will address my concerns, as financial considerations often seem to outweigh customer satisfaction.
Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider fast food altogether. I can enjoy the same meal in a sit-down restaurant, including a tip, and receive much better service.

We went inside to eat, the order taker gave us time to look at the menu, he wasn’t friendly but also was not rude…He just kind of stood there. We ordered the papa burger combo and the Double bacon cheeseburger combo. Our food was prepared very quickly. (we were the only ones inside). The french fries were good, the burgers okay nothing special at all. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. This may be a good family restaurant since you have the A&W and KFC combined, so you have a large menu to choose from, but there is no other reason to return here.

Consistently good food, courteous staff, and fair speed of service. This location does get busy and that can overwhelm the crew, resulting in less stellar results than they usually manage. The dining area doesn’t get as much attention as I’d like, but that’s a factor of staff levels and costs. (Adding more staff would raise prices.)

Picked up some late lunch and received a closer to room temp than hot chicken sandwich. Cheese curds we’re great though. Check your bag before you head for utensils, napkins, etc as I had none and it would have been hard to gulp down mash without one.

Our family tradition is to come here after going to Fantasy Lights at the Park and enjoy root beer floats. We went tonight through the drive thru and actually ordered dinner. Since we forgot to ask for napkins and sauces, I had to go into the lobby. The staff completely ignored me for 10 minutes, and then gave me attitude for troubling them. After we ate dinner in the parking lot, my toddler needed to use the restroom. They locked the doors 45 minutes early and wouldn’t let us in. I ended up having to get her strapped back into her car seat to drive down the street to The Home Depot to go to the bathroom there. Terrible customer service. We won’t be back.

Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been “parked” at this store.

the employees must not read what was ordered from the customers , they did not give my order all including 2 orders of corn dogs and 1 order of onion rings … and you thing you deserve $15 an hour . the manager needs to pay more close attention on if the orders are complete .

Got the new chicken sandwich and it is delicious. It’s probably slightly better than Popeye’s but the customer service here is decent. I’ve also never had my order be wrong here which really matters when talking fastfood

There are 2 guys in particular that are there litterly every time I stop by. They’re so SO sweet, super friendly, and provide great service! Makes stopping by so much more enjoyable every time ☺️
