First time going with the wife during December and Greg the bartender was very welcoming. Great stories with the neighbors, cozy and personal setting, bar and stools are well maintained, and a good variety of cocktails that pack a punch. Old Fashioned, Dirty Shirley, Cosmopolitan and a glass of brandy were all ordered and all delicious.

Absolutely bad customer service. The owner wanted cash only right away. I was sitting at the bar and let the owner know that my husband was on his way with cash since he didn’t accept card. The owner denied service and was absolutely rude to me and my family. I don’t recommend this place and he also mentioned he doesnt care about his reviews or service with his business in the bar. The owner mentinioned he will still stay open regardless of the reviews. I personally told him how disrespectful he was to me and my family and I will never go back. He personally said aloud he doesn’t care because the bar makes a lot of money. I was born and raised in KC and never had an issue. I’m nevy sad, and disappointed this had to happen I peronally, support and always gave our small business business business. l’ve always gave positive reviews for our community. I hope he learns and steps up and supports our community. Small businesses keep our community moving. Please don’t be rude and support your community .

Stopped in on a Thursday to this sweet little dive while in route to Oregon & this was definitely what I was looking for. This place keeps some early hours, it closed at 11pm but stayed open an extra hr. Myself and the owner Richard chatted up for a good bit about the bar history & the monthly ribeye special while his sister was pouring the drinks, just a really down to earth type of experience. No frills in this place but if you enjoy a solid cocktail & few local drafts at a cash only dive, with some interesting characters then stop by, you’ll be glad you did. Cheers

Birthday/retirement party for my husband Jim. We had a great time. Pozzi’s is a family owned business and the owner Greg had everything ready to go when we arrived. The atmosphere is laid back an very casual. Greg did a fantastic job taking care of the people at the bar and setting everything up in advance. Thank you Greg for everything.
