So this morning around 10 like I always do
I always ask for a Large Chai Latte with 8 pumps of caramel and eight pumps of liquid cane sugar
Every SINGLE MORNING
So this morning I come in the black guy who was wearing the Chicago Bulls jacket said to me “some one will be right with you”
I said “ok thank you”
Another staff (silver blonde head girl) said to him
Please take his order
So he did and she come over and help him out (because he is new) with my order
Fast forward a couple of minutes
I get that (shown in the picture)
I kinda got mad but I was like I am just going to let it go, and grab the drink to get a straw for my drink
silver blonde head girl said something about less ice,
And the black hair girl with the long back hair said to her “he can go CRY OVER IT”
WHAT KINDA OF STAFFS ARE YOU GIYS ARE HIRING BECAUSE THAT IS COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL TO SAY ABOUT A COSTUMER

Good morning. I would like to share positive feedback about my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The environment is very welcoming, casual, and comfortable, which makes each visit enjoyable. The staff members are attentive and show care in learning and preparing different types of coffee and iced coffee.
Customer service is excellent. The team is kind, respectful, and always willing to help, which makes customers feel valued and appreciated. Orders are handled carefully, and the positive attitude of the staff truly stands out. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and appreciate the effort the team puts into providing a great customer experience.

I went to pick up my online order, which was a iced coffee. I wanted whipped cream on it, which is not online to add. When I got to the window to request the whipped cream, she not only charged me (never been charged before) she was extremely rude!! The woman at the next widow practically threw it at me when I asked for a straw. Very unprofessional!!

Service at this location is consistently poor. Staff regularly display rude attitudes and a lack of basic professionalism, particularly in the drive-thru. Interactions feel dismissive and unnecessarily hostile, which makes for an unpleasant experience every visit. This store seriously needs better management oversight and customer service training.

WORST Dunkin Donuts ever! I’ve been going to Dunkin Donuts for years and I’ve never been met with so much unkindness. I went with my little sister and my toddler. We spoke Spanish and when they heard that they were so rude. They belittled us by saying they didn’t have some items on the menu (but again, I’ve been going to DD for some time) and we when got our food they basically threw it at us. I can’t be 100%, but I definitely felt some racial tones. Truly disappointed to the point I felt like I had to leave a review. Oh also, they took such a long time and it seemed as if they didn’t even want to serve me after speaking Spanish, ordering, and then waiting for my food. I had to drive around the drive through twice to be served assuming perhaps I had wrong window or something. I added photo for proof.

Excellent Dunkin’ that’s right off the interstate. This location was built within the last year so it’s very clean, new. Appears to be well staffed as I’ve never waited long for my order. Friendly service. Lots of donuts!

On 9/25/2025 I ordered from the drive thru, and was served by cashier #118451 at 7:25 AM. This morning (9/29/25) I ordered from the drive thru at 7:28AM, and was served by the same cashier, this time her number is #118447. On both occasions her name is not on the receipt. This cashier is one of the most unfriendly, disengaging and disrespectful cashiers at this location. She drops items in my hand rather than handing them to me. She intentionally turns away during service and I have to keep repeating myself to get her attention and get what I need before driving off. This location is already slow to service as it is, but to add poor customer service is insulting! I can do without the attitude, ESPECIALLY when I’m spending MY money, and supporting YOUR business.

Terrible experience here. The place was DEAD. It took them several minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to order. One of my Wake-up Wraps has a couple of very long hairs in it. They didn’t have mayo for my breakfast sandwich, either. Won’t be returning to this location.

Waited 5 minutes to get our online order. She handed us two of three drinks and walked to the first window to continue a conversation with her friend. No one came back to the window for 5 minutes. There were 8 drinks stacked at the window waiting to go out. There was other staff inside on their phones behind the counter. There were 6+ cars in line when we left. To get out we had to pull around the vehicle that was still having a conversation. Pictured is the employee that stood there having a conversation with a full line of cars waiting.
