We went through the drive thru. We got a large cheese curd and root beer floats. Overall, I find their food overpriced in comparison to similar places. We used to frequent this place, but only occasionally go here now because of that.
The cheese curds were so delicious, I only wish you got more since it was over $10, and the floats were on point!

Food flavor was what I expected, which earns them the score provided. The photo tied to this review reflects online pricing of $31.56. Those are $6.26 french fries, same price for the mac& cheese. $10 box of popcorn chicken. $5 pie w/soda (no cookie included) biscuits were under $4 (no butter or honey provided). Online you’re able to provide a time for the order to be ready, and this location was almost 20 minutes off the mark. To top it all off, the cashier had made comment that in store pricing was better then online. Said something about being closer to $25 had I ordered in the drive thru.
TL:DR – Avoid ordering online, double check the receipt for pricing accuracy.

Drive thru was horrible, unfriendly, almost spilled our drink on us. Ignored us when asked for something. Then went in and again was ignored.

I think i set a new drive thru time record there,43 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me Albany DQ is next runner up at 41min.
If there’s a big order to process i understand, but have customers pull around front and wait for order delivery, i think it would help drive thru times when others in line may only a couple items waiting.

This is the sorriest excuse for a float.
2nd time this has happened. No ROOT Beet in my float. Just soft serve, not enough Root Beer to flavor the ice cream.

I ordered 2 (2 piece chicken) on a coupon, gave one coupon with $10 cash, one coupon with debit card to pay for one coupon, the young man that waited on us took all the $10 and then charged my card $3.01! Can kfc hire people that listen you?!
