This is the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in! The drink dispenser in the lobby was out of ice and nats were flying all around it. The counters around the machine were filthy!! The food was old and the hash browns were undercooked!

We stopped by this McDonald on our way to New Orleans. Quite crowded and understaffed McDonald was clearly pushing their employees the limits to entertain the customers. We didn’t find and napkins or straws in defined dispensers. Drinks counter was dirty and staff looked stressed. Surprisingly even with all that they managed to bring out real fresh meals and fries. Good job and hats off to whatever the employees were able to do.

Ordered 4 kids’ meals at the drive thru.
Told to pull up, they were making fresh fries,
Waited 25mins never brought the food out we had to go in to get the food.
All 4 kids’ meals were cold and sitting on the counter.
Asked the manager for a refund since we waited 25 minutes for cold food, and we had to go inside to get the food.
The manager, with a bad attitude, smiled to my face and said, “Your kids are eating the food and must not be too cold.
I don’t have the energy to argue with people that have bad attitudes, i drove off with my kids cold food no refund.
We have a camp nearby and come to bunkie often but will not be coming back to this mcdonalds.

No one working the counter to place an order. Kiosk out of receipt paper. Order # just called out and not delivered to table. When I did get my order it was to go…not dine in. No drink…had to ask for my drink, salt & pepper and ketchup. Table dirty and sticky…no napkins in sight. They just don’t care!

I stopped at this McDonald’s with a field trip group of JROTC cadets after a drill competition. The employees at this location did an outstanding job accommodating such a large group. They also did it with a great attitude and a smile!
