I got the 4 piece combo, and I could tell my fries at least were not as fresh as I like them to be, but it was all edible. The service was good. My tenders were yummy and hot. It’s better than what I expected and what I’m used to from the location I usually go to. The service was fast too but idk maybe too fast lol? It was good. Though I’m not sure about the rest of the menu.. 🙂

I cannot find a good option I want (cooking for low carb, low oxylate is hard). Still I come because I like their root beer float. A simple grilled chicken breast and Buffalo Sauce & Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing would be awesome. Meat substitutes are horribly unhealthy for those who have an oxylate sensitivity, and bread is a problem. Rolled Oats & Corn are options if you can make breads without wheat. I am fine with beef, pork, chicken, fish. In my case, go nut meats and wheat derivatives are what I need to avoid.

Food was good but customer service left something to be desired. I ordered a meal and thought it was just a sandwich fries and a drink. It came with popcorn chicken and a side also I guess. I was never asked what side I wanted, and wasn’t asked if I wanted dipping sauce for the chicken. I was also asked to pull around to the front of the store when no one was behind me in line, in fact nobody ended up going through the drive though while I waited out front. They say something about thank you for supporting you during tough times then phone it in when it’s not busy? I don’t get it, but know I’ll just be going to Carl’s next time I’m in the area.

I usually go to drive thru and don’t order from KFC menu only the A&W menu. It’s ok I get the “coney dog” lately it isn’t as fresh as the 1st time. I keep hoping. Cashier seems nice.

We gave this place 1 more shot the food about a year ago was never fresh. I’m glad I did. They told me the a&w side will take about 10 min I told them it’s ok I’ll wait. So everything was really good even on the KFC side. The people were super nice too.

First time I was ever there had the worst encounter with a young guy working there, my bill seemed super high, so after requesting a receipt and pulling forward I seen that he rang me up twice for something, so I pull in and go inside he was berry rude. He continued to telling me he can’t refund it after paying because I paid with my card, he couldn’t do anything but give me store credit. I expressed to him no I did not want store credit I didn’t know id be double charged for something I didn’t want, he continued to have an attitude until I called for a manager and told her after waiting so long they could have the food back and I wanted an entire refund. Decided to give them another shot tonight going to a&w, had me waiting in the parking lot for about 10-15 minutes for my food, other cars were waiting as well no customers in the lobby, none in the drive thru, just waiting. Never again!!
