Went to get some of the new Dill Pickle Cheese curds.
There was no one there and when I asked for a large dill Pickle Cheese curd. The girl asked what size, I said again Large. She then didn’t say anything for a few seconds and then asked again what size.
When I went to pay, I noticed she only charged us for the regular size. I didn’t complain then, just was tired of dealing with her getting it wrong.
She asked us to wait up front while they made them fresh.. 20+ minutes later they finally come out with the food.
They gave us Plain regular cheese curds, not the special Dill ones we came from another city to try. And no sauce given to us either.
Worst experience at this location in years. So not happy.

Wanted original recipe kfc chicken, told us they only had extra crispy available. Did not want that. Huge disappointment! Employees were nice however. Have food hot fresh and ready for customers especially during dinner time for families with children as myself.

Today, was the WORST drive-thru experience at an A&W/KFC we have ever had! And we have been to these establishments in FIVE different states. We place our order and are told through the speaker it would be a 7min wait. So we get our drinks and pull to the front, no problem. After about 12mins or so, a man brings out our order, that is only partially ours. We give back the part that is not ours and I tell my husband to eat his burger, I would wait for our kids food to come out. About 5-7 min later, a young lady comes to ask for our receipt. She says the part we kept (and partially ate) was someone else’s, because they are still working on our order. (even though we both customize our burgers to our liking and they came out the way we specified) She goes back in, to come back out w/ one kids order. When I inform her that we are still missing food, she gets irritated and goes back in to retrieve it. Another 5mins pass and we get kid #2’s order, but are still missing ONE last item. She asks to look at our receipt again (for the third time) she gives it back and impatiently asked if there is anything else missing. I kid you not, we wait 15 more minutes before a different lady comes to our window w/ a huge order that is obviously not ours. She asked what we were waiting for and took the recipt in. She returns rather quickly w/ our missing item. Let me also add, the nice people that were parked next to us, who got there 10min before we did, were still waiting after we left for the remainder of their order. It took a little over 35min to get our order. We never got our sauces, and my food was cold by the time our kids got their food. The food itself was good, but the experience left us never wanting to visit again. With everything going on right now, a bad night isn’t completely unexpected. They should have communicated better with each other and the customers. Hope ot was a one time thing.

This location is the worst I’ve been to. We were told to wait in the front for our food, and waited for 30 minutes. We saw other people pull in after us and get their food first. When we did get our order, it was missing an entire combo meal. Also, I asked for plain cheeseburgers for my kids, and they came smothered in ketchup and mustard. I had to back through the drive thru to get the rest of my food and new cheeseburgers, and they asked me to wait in the front again. I refused. I waited at the window until my order was corrected and it only took them about 5 minutes. Why was I even made to wait for 30 minutes in the parking lot if they could have quickly made my order all along? I worked at A&W in high school and have always loved their food, but I won’t be back to this location.

Customer service was great with exception of the fact that I didn’t get mashed potatoes in my meal to go. Might have been miscommunication, but they were nice and made the effort.
However….the guy putting chicken into warmer after cooking…was NOT wearing a brand net…and short as his beard was (long enough for a net though)….his chin was literally resting on the chicken as he lifted the tray into the warmer. Gross and I won’t be going back for that reason.

The cashiers weren’t very friendly, the store was very unclean and unkept.
Tip: The corn dog nuggets are very tiny, definitely not worth the $5 that I spent for them.
The chili cheese fries should be on the snacks list because that too was very minimal. The root beer float was excellent even though they “did not have any frozen mugs” at the time.
The chicken tenders were extremely rubbery and hard to even chew.
We passed by on our way to Sacramento or else I’d have gone back for a refund.
I should have just gone to the Carl’s Jr next door instead.

I am editing my review today. This use to be a good place to go but it is continually going down hill.
The last time I went a few weeks ago I was in the drive thru and they told me it would be a 30 minute wait because they were doing mobile orders first and to top it off they said they only had KFC food because the A&W food wasn’t available due to supply issues.
Managment is clearly in the toilet
