Do yourself a favor and order your pizza for delivery. No service to speak of inside! Brought pizza to the table stating 2 pieces fell on the floor, offered to prepare another or knock off a couple $. I stated that would be ok because I wanted to eat with my husband, he ordered a different pizza. Checked out, he said he couldn’t reduce price. and then got nasty about me eating it. Excuse me I own a business that serves food, you don’t get nasty with your customers; they won’t come back.

Ordered two large pizzas with sweet marinara dipping sauce and honey barbecue boneless wings. Before we got our food, we asked for some parmesan cheese. The worker walked around the room and got us two almost empty parmesan shakers. When they brought the wings, it was just normal boneless wings. We asked why it wasn’t honey Barbecue and they just went and got us honey Barbecue sauce to dip it in (the wings are suppose to be cooked with the sauce, not separate). They also forgot the sweet marinara sauce, so I went up and asked them about it. The woman working there was very hesitant on answering and eventually said the sauce was put onto the pizza (it’s suppose to be dipping sauce).
Only good thing that was done right was the pizza. Pizza was great like usual.

We went for pizza tonight, pizza was good, but I don’t know what’s going on in this restaurant. The restaurant smells, they brought our food over but no plates forks etc had to ask. No salads available, when I ask for a ranch for buffalo wings, the staff acted like I was stealing from them. They kept telling me that it was .99 I didn’t care they could have added it to my bill. Then when we went to pay the visa machine charged us twice, it took about 5 minutes to fix it. Will not be going back.

This is the last place to go for a decent pizza. Something as simple as cutting the pizza seems to elude them. This mess is supposed to be the big new Yorker. Hate giving a bad review, but hope to save someone else their money.

Is there some sort of Pizza Hut sauce shortage that I’m not aware of?
Food was not done on time. The pizza had practically no sauce on it. And the fact that they think a HALF FULL dipping cup can be enough sauce for an entire order of cheese bread is hilarious. Before a few years ago, you’d get about 3x this much sauce included. Don’t worry, you can buy extra (half full) cups for $1.

Decent spot. The staff was kind. Ordering and pickup were super easy. Food tasted good. We haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in quite a while, it was a nice change. Will be back!
