Went through drive thru and waited over 7 minutes to have order taken. It happens, I get it, what got me is the person’s terrible attitude while taking my order. Very rushed, unwelcoming, no greeting and no thank you. Like “why are you here? ” type attitude.
Pulled up to pay and the cashier was a sweetheart and kind older lady. I could hear the order taker in the background complaining about who knows what. Though the fries were thrown in the bag, they tasted great and fresh as well as the ham and provolone sandwich. The food worth the bad service? No. All take my business to another location. I hope they get the help they need though.

Hooped off the highway to grab a bite to eat. Had the buy one get one Coney cheese dog, large fry and a A&W root beer float. I was given a number and told to have a seat but when my order was ready I was told I had to go up to the counter to get my food. Coney cheese dog was good, french fries were nice and crispy and the root beer float hit the spot for a sweet treat.

The atmosphere was amazing outside beautiful cars wonderful smiles and ppl was having a great time. This gentleman unfortunately tried to take control of my night by mocking my polite manners to a person who is giving me a service. I understand i have a beard and I may appear to be a supporter of which you may not. But I have no problems with you and hope that you have an amazing journey and career and I hope with training and better trainers you will see that there are many ppl out here routing for the next person. Your service sucked bc of ur attitude and if I become sick over your food I want you to understand bc of your choices and the way you tried to embarrass an owner is ridiculous. Lots of choices there. There is an A&W, Rocky Rocco’s and a Cousins sub there. Tables were cleaned off and everything looked clean. Great food

A very modern looking interior, with plenty of seating for its amount of diners. Atmosphere seems cold and not welcoming. The food is as expected and the workers are polite and attentive. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.

It was Sunday about noon on a busy travel weekend (July 20, check#102, 12:01pm) – so we expected it would be busy. What was disappointing was the lack of adherence to food safety. On the A&W side none of the employees were wearing hair coverings or hats in the food prep and production areas. I saw one employee who was bagging food, wipe sweat from his forehead while wearing disposable gloves – and not change his gloves afterwards.

The place wasn’t busy. We ordered several times and sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not. There is a constant turnover of employees. We ordered chili fries and asked for more cheese than chili sauce. It only covered four fries and was barely any of either on it. We also, ordered large cheese curds and they were over cooked so the insides were empty. Usually the cheese curds are excellent. I wouldn’t order the chili fries. Hopefully they will eventually have a good staff in there that knows how to have the
quality it used to have. Oh and the floors and tables weren’t cleaned. That is something that isn’t usually like that. It’s usually a clean store. Wasn’t on a Tuesday during the car show.

Delicious food, hot and fresh. And Irene at the counter is the sweetest person ever. She made my day. She deserves a raise, she provides amazing customer service and a fantastic attitude, brightening up the place.
