I visited this location through the drive-through and received an incorrect drink. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, she insisted that the drink was what I ordered instead of offering to remake it.
I then called the store to speak with a manager. During that call, I was told I would need to go to another Starbucks location. The manager also stated that a remake had been offered at the window, which is not accurate. No remake was offered — I was simply told that this is what I ordered.
Additionally, I was told that I was “having a bad day” That comment was inappropriate and unprofessional. I was simply trying to resolve an incorrect order.
I understand mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled lacked accountability and basic customer service. A simple apology and offer to remake the drink would have resolved the issue

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are so nice and friendly. They were really slammed this morning, but they stayed calm, cool and collected and just worked solidly to get everything accomplished. Kudos to you all!

If you are of color I highly recommend going to a different starbucks. Today experience really took me back by surprise because I never seen so much disrespect and attitude from the employees at this store. I will never return very rude person at the speaker when ordering at the window and a lot of eye rolling and slamming of the window in my face. Manager in charge did not De-escalate the situation she just added fuel to the fire I don’t know what caused me to be treated this way it was unprovoked. I genuinely feel I was discriminated against. No returning to this store for me.

I’m writing to express my concern about the way your staff handled a situation earlier today. I was in the car behind a customer who was having a disagreement with your team. A staff member/black girl approached to assist the manager, which only escalated the situation.

When the customer placed her order, she had difficulty hearing due to issues with the speaker. She requested just a medium dark roast coffee. However, when she pulled up, the manager refused to give her the coffee, stating, “You pulled up, so I’m not giving it to you.” The manager’s rudeness held up the line, and the staff member’s involvement only added to the confrontation.

This situation could have been easily resolved if the manager had simply handed over the medium coffee. I hope you can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.

It’s disappointing to see that your staff upset a customer to the point where they felt the need to use inappropriate language. This behavior is not acceptable for a manager. I will also be reaching out to corporate about this incident, and I have recorded the entire situation for reference.

Hello all! I have a positive experience 99% of the time I have driven through. When I’m on the go, I love that this place is exclusively drive thru. I had been met with nothing but amazing employees up until earlier this afternoon.

I placed an order around 3:46PM or so, on this day 12/6/24. Unfortunately, this time ordering, I was met with…a defeated attitude. The girl who took my order seemed down and depressed about something. She has blonde hair and some freckles on her face. I ordered a hot venti Chestnut Praline Latte with oatmilk, no whip. The order was perfect.

To the girl I describe, if you get a chance to read this, I just hope the rest of your shift went better. I could tell you were upset about something, maybe someone. I hope you have a better day the next time you clock in. I know it can be difficult taking coffee orders all day. Believe me, some customers are harder to interact with than others. Keep your head up, and try your best to interact with new customers with a more positive attitude. I don’t know what you’re going through, but whatever it is, I hope you get through it and feel better.

Went by on 12/17, and normally it’s a pleasant experience but today there was no one at the store! I got in the drive through, the marker board had a special for Sunday even, but no one in the building. Got to be 4 other cars behind me, so I pulled up to the window. No note about being closed, the hours sign indicates they are open, there’s cars parked in employee spots. Not sure what’s going on but it would be nice to know if you’re closed 🙁

This location consistently makes my drink correctly, and these days, that is huge at Starbucks. Not only do they follow the specifications, they are friendly, and the drinks taste good. Sure, the parking lot is tight, but you get used to it. Mobile order before you go, that way there will be less time waiting in the drive thru line.

This is my nearest Starbucks and I absolutely love them to bits <3 They're always very quick and make my drinks perfect every time. All the baristas are also so nice and friendly. Please be sure to tip your baristas (yes even in app!!)! It's the least we customers can do for their hard work and for making our mornings a little brighter :)
