Diana was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She handled the bar and tables effortlessly, kept drinks full, and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire time.
What really stood out was her attitude-friendly, upbeat, and clearly someone who takes pride in providing great service. She anticipated needs before we even asked and made the experience feel easy and enjoyable.

Jesus, Daniel and Hellen are hands down the best. From the moment you sit down, they make you feel taken care of. Their attention to detail, friendly energy, and knowledge of the menu make such a difference. Every drink is spot on, and the food never disappoints. We are at Texas Children’s often and they make our stay better because they feel like family.

Researched another first experience & I must say the reviews for the MOST part was spot on our patronage January 2025 was exquisite from call, valet, service to the meal. Apologies it took a minute to review just lifying HOWEVER the experience obviously never left my mind, which is ALWAYS a good visit. Service: Upon arrival (less busy time of day, around openning), directive to be seated our lovely sever Tristán was polite, helpful, and ATTENTIVE to our every need. Food: Selection was enough and varied to whatever need you desired. Thankfully NOT a novel to get to a satisfactory choice. The meal itself was filling, DELICIOUS and due to a tight day schedule of celebratory birthday pampering we enjoyed a little before our awesome server beautifully packed us up to go. Atmosphere: While we waited on our meal (not long) we admired the gorgeous room. The patio was closed (we didn’t mind) although it’s the patio research that made our mind up to come for a visit, alongside the reviews of where EXACTLY the dining experience would happen (kind of in the middle/side room); “shrugs” it kind of gives you a center stage feeling 😉 Everything was clean and the decor is nice. The lavatory/washroom was SPOTLESS!!!!! If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor check them out!!!!!! We’ll definitely be back, maybe during a different time of the day….MAYBE different time 😉 but for sure be back.

Was a Wednesday evening and not busy. Waited over an hour for two chicken sandwiches and two salads. My wife has an allium allergy and ordered a simple salad. We made it clear the rest of us do not have an any allergies but they made all of the food allium free which equaled taste free. The manager apologized and offered us a free dessert which was nice but we didn’t want it. The server was great, extremely nice and apologetic for the kitchen staff. Never fun to wait so long for bad food when you are tired and hungry. Nice atmosphere outside and obviously convenient if you are staying at the hotel but I would not go back for food. Maybe a nice spot for a beer.

This place offers a unique dining experience for couples, friends, and families. Conveniently located inside of the Westin hotel, accessibility was easy. Although we had reservations, it took a while to be greeted and seated. Tristan was our waiter and took good care of us. The food was amazing and very economical. We had a chicken sandwich, burger, and fries. The sunset views are spectacular. There was jazz music playing from the terrace. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy good food and overlook the city.

Had a really good time at Terrace 54. The food and atmosphere were great, but the service made it even better. Victor was very friendly and attentive the whole time, always checking in and making sure everything was perfect. He also gave great recommendations from the menu. You can tell he actually cares about the customers having a good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

One of the best places to eat in the Med Center area. Food is consistently good and the service is great. Highly recommend sitting outside on the patio for the beautiful sunsets. Ask for Brenda! She was my server tonight and I cannot say enough good things about her!
