Went there because I had wanted it for a while, and the Hotdogs were actually pretty good, I enjoyed eating it, and the Fries were also good, the root bear was very good, I enjoyed eating here and will agian. I had received the food pretty fast to.

We choice A & W because we don’t have one in Indianapolis. Today April 8th 2022, was a college visit to Ball State for our son. We had a busy day with a early morning start. We had not eaten in all day. I was so looking forward to A & W. we ordered 3 combo meals. #1 Corn Dog nuggets, 2# Cheese Burger 3# single Bacon Cheese Burger. We get to the window and are told we only get two drinks?? We ordered 3 combo meals. I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone ,I Did Not get!! The drinks where a joke, there was so much Ice it didn’t fill a 3rd of the cup!!! The food was good and the employees where nice!! It was a disappointment for sure!! We ordered after 2pm. and it wasn’t like they had multiple orders to deal with!! I will say it was a disappointment for sure 🙁

This is normally a place that I enjoy very much. Have always had a pleasant experience and good food, but tonight was not a good experience. The food was ok but not the normal. The service tonight however was horrible, the lady doing the drive threw was inconsiderate and extremely rude, my wife didn’t even get to start the 2nd part of our order before she cut her off and gave her a total, when my wife asked her to hold on please we have more food to order she became quit short and seemed irritated that we had more to order. The food was just thrown in the bag and then shoved in the car window….EXTREMELY RUDE. We will be making a complaint to this store manager. I realize and understand people have bad days but that does not mean its ok to provide this kind of service for something you are paying good money for.

Sat in the drive through line from 6:10 – 6:45. A window time of 35 minutes. Food was cold when delivered, didn’t notify me of what exactly was causing the wait. Asked for ketchup packets and received tarter sauce.

The price is really aren’t too great in my opinion but I’m always trying to save money if I can. My daughter loves the cheesy fries here and I think they’re pretty good too they’re actually reasonable just a little over $2 but a lot of the sandwiches and other items are priced quite High I think but the restaurant is clean the service is good the drive-thru is really kind of long depending on the time of day that you go. I would recommend this place they do have a lot of options to choose from in the menu

The employees are almost always pleasant here but they always make our root beer floats too early. By the time we get to the window to pay, the ice cream is nearly completely melted.

The lady taking orders was a bit rude. My order was wrong I ordered a 2 pc chicken lunch and I got a pc of fish and a pc of chicken. Not a get time today. I’m sry this lady is having a really bad day. Maybe tomorrow will be better for her. My husband has stage 4 cancer and we come in to have lunch after a treatment and she offered no help just kept saying I need a number

Almost every time I go, things are great. You get a hot, filling meal for a good price. They even put ice cream in a cup if I ask for my pupper’s treat. In the past year I’ve only had one “bad” experience where the staff was swamped and they were doing their best. No matter if I do drive-thru or dine-in, it’s a good experience and I adore their onion rings.
