We just discovered this spot a week ago, and have already been twice! The ambience is so on point. The cocktails are unique and yummy. I will say, this bar feels out of place in Boulder, which in my opinion is a good thing. No college vibe, tucked away, and luscious. My new favorite spot!

Wanted to love this spot- unfortunately we will not be returning. Our drinks were $20 and tasted like pure rubbing alcohol. Our waitress started out fine, then suddenly just stop talking to us. She tossed our linens on the table with no expression on her face and just kept walking. Then another waitress grabbed our check since she hadn’t checked on us in a while and we needed to leave for our dinner reservations. She grabbed the check that we tipped 20% on, and walked away without saying anything. Super rude and have no interest in returning. I will say the ambience was very nice and moody, and the waitress wearing a red sweater with brown hair on Valentine’s Day was a sweetheart and great at her job.

I LOVEEEE my girl Alice at C Bar! Alice was the best server, dare I say friend, ever!! She was so funny, friendly, personable, kind and amazing to talk to. My partner and I couldn’t have had a better time – it was a special day for us and she made sure we felt beyond treated. Ask for her when you come in (if you’re cool, of course) ❤️❤️❤️ all my gratitude to her and the team for a great night

Had a wonderful evening. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Drinks were crafted well and delicious. We are not local to Boulder so really hope this place does well.

This place is amazing, especially if you enjoy elevated drinks and bites! Colin, Max and the manager (forgot to get her name) were all such kind, attentive and interesting people. We are from out of town so we were initially unaware of the story behind this place, but we were super happy to learn that they source many of their spirits and food products from local sources. Martini’s were 10/10. The interior design is also beautiful, down to the bathroom sinks. Highly recommend!!!!!

The cocktails were exceptional—among the best I’ve had in recent memory. Their champagne selection was also impressive, which speaks volumes to their attention to detail. Finally, a proper cocktail lounge in Boulder.
This is a very inviting, very luxurious space. There’s not another space quite like it in Boulder, in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and engaging.
I’ve tried several cocktails, each one better than the next. I want to emphasize the Cubano, which is a very refreshing, summer-type drink. Also, The Praying Mantis, which tastes like a liquid Andes candies.
