Casual pizza parlor for tomato pies with the sauce on top, plus wings & sandwiches.

I’m passing through this neighborhood out of nowhere. I’ve lived in Philly for 20 years. Got me a slice here, it is by far of the best pizza I’ve ever had in Philadelphia. I’ve lived in Northwest, South, Center City. It was a sweet kind of sauce, but the whole slice was so freaking good. I did cheese on top because they do ask you lol

Definitely one of my top ten pizza places. Renzi’s always delivers great tasting food. Had a larger order and everything came out as ordered with no issues or delays. The person who took the order was friendly and patient. Only thing I would say is, bring back the ground sausage.
The sliced sausage is good but I think the ground was much better. Will definitely be back again.

Sadly Renzi’s has really gone down hill the last 3 years. My family loved their pizza, always, but I recently moved into the area and during my last 3 visits within the last 2 years, the food is not good. Cheese sliding off of pizza so fast, cheesesteaks in flavorful, milkshakes aren’t even very rich or flavorful. I’m not sure what’s going on , and whether they changed management, switched ingredients, or what. But Old English across the s street is making better food. I hope they improve soon. I miss the tomatoe pies

Renzi’s, and Old English Pizzeria just a block away, have been rivals for maybe thirty years now, ever since I was a teenager growing up in the neighborhood where my parents still live. All these years later and Renzi’s still has slightly better food, on average, but they’re still way more aloof and arrogant and unfriendly (except the delivery drivers). Okay – I know it’s a classic Philadelphia pizza shop, so the emphasis is on the quality of the food and its consistency, and they have managed to keep things relatively consistent over three plus decades, but a smile or a laugh once in a while would be nice guys. 🙂

Love their pizza especially the sausage and onion…we like it well done so it can hold all the toppings! Tasty large meatball parms too

I ordered dinner for myself and my two kids, and we were all very disappointed. The chicken wings came raw completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious health concern, especially when feeding children.
On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I called to address the issue. Instead of offering a sincere apology or a solution, they acted like I was the problem.
We were really looking forward to a nice dinner, but this experience was frustrating and honestly upsetting. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The day has come. We were able to purchase a Slice & sit inside. Enjoying the Air Conditioner & quiet Atmosphere. I usually get their Tuna Salad (which are huge by the way) but a Slice will suffice today!

During the world’s largest Base Saxophone get together at Ferko’s Stringband Club House; Renzi’s supplied the food and did a phenomenal job. Their Roast beef and Swiss cheese subs were delicious as well as their Italian, and Ham and Cheese subs were full of meat, fresh rolls, had that Philadelphia taste. Hot and sweet peppers more than enough. Very very clean and fresh a real pleasure to work with and easy to deal with. Philip and Michelle are two of the best people you could ever get a chance to work from Renzi’s. Food was on time and nice and cold as well. Thank you so much, it really helped make the event a success. God bless you Guys and Ladies for the food and for being so nice and helpful. Respectfully Chris Halpin from Ferko String Band.

I’ve been a customer of Renzi’s Bridesburg for years and I always leave good tips. Although the food used to be good, the past few years the quality really has gone down the drain. I ordered a meatball parm sandwich and got slices of meatballs buried under an abundant amount of cheese, as if to hind the meatball content from view. It was awful and something I never expected! Not to mention how disrespectful the girl on the phone is when I call in my order! If this is the way you treat loyal customers, I’m surprised you have any customers left at all! I know I won’t be ordering here again!
