We ate at long John’s and will never again..we asked if the chicken was cooked in the same oil as the shrimp because of a food allergy and was told no and after we paid she tells us it was. People should know the product before trying to sell it..so I wasn’t able to eat

Went to Long John’s the fish was great,all employees were so friendly and welcoming.You need to spruce up the outside some,while driving by you can’t tell if your open or not,we just took a chance and glad we did…After the downtown location closed they quit putting coupons in the paper,consider bringing those back.Thank you.

We have loved Long John Silvers for years. Went in yesterday and it was awful. Let me preface by saying, the manager was great. She was very nice and cordial but the staff…. oh my goodness!! We had to go up 4 separate times bc they never gave us plastic ware, napkins, tartar sauce or vinegar. You would have thought by the way they acted I was asking for something major.. One time, I stood there while 3 employees talked amongst themselves. All 3 looked at me and knew I was waiting for help, yet thry didn’t care. I’m assuming this was another manager, who saw me and he asked for someone to please wait on me. Sad, that it took instruction from a manager for an employee to be courteous. Both my husband and myself came home sick to our stomachs.

they always have good food, and the interior is very clean and nice– even the restrooms. cool in the summer and warm in the winter, so you’re always comfortable. plus, they have the best cheese curds in the county. wait times are a little long, but there’s not a lot of employees and you always see them working really hard. and the wait is worth it!
