– first off this is not a standalone food place, it’s attached to a gas station. Overall food is pretty good, everything was fresh for the most part.

Service was quick but I ended up canceling my order. I only came in for draft rootbeer but was told they don’t have that anymore even though it is on the menu. Even more discouraging I see mug root beer in the fountain selection. I gave 2 stars because staff was friendly and quick to take my order and dining area was clean.

Hey guys, just riffin again here. Nothing goes down the gullet better than an A&W Burger huh? Its one of those things where everyone can remember their first! I had my first A&W Chesegburger when I was a wee tyke, just eleven years old! After seeing the sights in rome and exploring the arts of antiquity in Florence, by the time I got to Naples I was beat tired of Italian food! To my wonder, there was an A&W in the area, and it was there where I noshed my first cheesburger. Talk about food tourism!
Well, the experience I had at this A&W brought me back to that day in a way I never thought it could. My burger here was pure art, and I’ll always remember it. The bun was soft and chewable, but melted my mouth in a way rice paper would. The cheese? Perfect. Melted but not too much, and flavorful to a fault! The actual patty? Incredible. Full of bursting flavor and tender as can be. I swear I cried when I took a bite of this! The fries were great too, perfectly salty and crisp as necessary.
The customer service here was also second to none. Althought I can’t remember the name of who helped me, all I can say is that you could pay them all the money in the world and it wouldn’t be enough! She was wildly helpful and eager to provide a wonderful experience. It was one of those situations where you just know that someone is totally passionate for their jobs. This alone is incredibly uplifting in a world where hope seems to be so fleeting. All in all, I had a wonderful time here, and if I weren’t just passing through Callaway, I could see my self eating here 3 times a day 7 days a week!

I arrived at 7:45pm, ql15mins before closing & they were inside & denied us service. I had previously given them a 5 star rating, & I’m a life long customer where ever they have an A&W. You lost my good rating A&W.

I think they were in the middle of construction, but that was no excuse for the ice cream machine to be that gross looking! There was a 5 minute wait due to the customer ahead of me having card issues. Then, another 5 minutes for the floats to be ready. The root beer float was great months nonetheless. This place could definitely use a pick me up!

The burgers, Cheese curds, hotdogs, etc is all good stuff, And the root beer floats are top notch. However the dine in area could be a little bit more clean.
Drive through experiences vary. Sometimes service is snappy and quick, And some other days I find myself waiting at the drive through speaker-box for a prolonged moment. All in all not bad but could use some TLC here and there to improve experiences there.

The hamburgers were as good as most fast food places, and the fries were better. We also really liked the root beer float. The men working there were very friendly and helpful.

Food was great. I recommend the Poppa burger. Customer service is definitely lacking here. They’re rude for no reason at all. I will more than likely not be returning here. Rude workers and food do not mix.
