Worst papa John’s location in history!!! I noticed the last time my pizza wasn’t well done if anything it was floppy. So specifically, this time I called into the location because I forgot to put well done on my pizza when I ordered it online. I checked my pizza before leaving and couldn’t really tell because I had like three or four different toppings so it basically covered up the crust.. however, when I got home and begin to eat my pizza, this is what I noticed.

#1 it was floppy again
#2 it was not cooked well done as I asked
#3 it has some sort of wetness as if their sauce is soupy
#4 every topping on the pizza is uncooked besides the pineapples

I got so turned off. I didn’t even eat the rest of my pizza. Yet alone the pizza is so disgusting, I don’t even want to eat the crust.

However, the edges of the brownies were made “WELL DONE” without me even asking ‼️

Thank you, but NO THANK YOU!!! I will be taking my business to Pizza Hut instead. It’s the best!

I’m 74 and just had the worst pizza in my life. It wasn’t even carnival or drive-in- theatre quality. I had a better pizza 53 years ago in the Army! It an XL mushroom, nothing special. It wasn’t even warm. I live on the same street as the store. Exactly 5 block away! The driver drove 2 miles past me and delivered another pizza first! So on it wasn’t even warm. I’ve had more than 1 better frozen pizzas before, because this pizza set the bar to a new low. There is a photo that shows it looks passable but the photo is deceiving. We will NEVER order from them again. And let this serve as a warning,order at your own risk. 1 other issue, the latest time in my delivery window was 9:08,it was delivered at 9:28! Again, I live 5 blocks away on the same street! BUYER BEWARE!

Papa John’s needs better employee attitude and customer service. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the location could benefit from remodeling to improve cleanliness, comfort, and appearance. Better training and updated facilities would greatly improve the customer experience.

Horrible night management service. Never got my pizza and then chose to argue with that fact that it never arrived. Whenever I do successfully get a pizza from this location, it’s almost surely never done right. This is one of the worst Papa Johns locations I have ever experienced. Do not get your pizza from here.

We ordered through the website and after waiting for over an hour and seeing the car driving in the other direction on the map, it then said our order was delivered. We then tried to contact the store but they would not pick up!

Luckily, we got through to the customer services team and the lady on the phone was very helpful and is processing our complaint and has assured us that we will receive our refund in the next few days. We then ordered from Domino’s and it was a fast and easy experience.

I would seriously not recommend ordering from this store. Lazy and incompetent.

I order the New York pizza and it’s very good but I also order garlic knots and every single time they are raw in the middle I have photo of the inside part that I took apart and I called customer service and they said they would give me a refund none came and I also spoke to the store and they told me I’m a liar and hung up on me and this isn’t the first time Its more then once

I’ve put up with this location for over a decade, but I’ve had enough. The issues range from undercooked pizza, cold pizza, constant mistakes, to 2-hour long deliveries after the pizza was cooked (yes, I received that one cold). I’ve experienced it all from this location, and I’m done.

The photo below shows an order placed a few weeks ago. I ordered a well-done medium pizza with whole pepperoni topping and half mushroom. However, the pizza arrived not well-done, with only half topped with pepperoni.I immediately called back upon noticing the discrepancy. The person I spoke to, apparently the cook who made the order, denied any mistake and then transferred me to a random employee who said nothing could be done. They advised waiting for a manager to call back. I never received that call. After leaving negative feedback, I was told the store would rectify the issue, but they never did. Weeks later, I called the store and reached the assistant manager, who rudely told me that since I complained, customer service would provide a solution, not the store. When I mentioned the email from customer service stating the store would resolve the issue, I was transferred to the main manager, who promptly offered a refund that I never received.

I don’t like the fact that I have leave this review but from overall experience and even from looking at other review it is well overdue and deserved. These guys do not care about their customers, the very people that pay their bills. Staff needs retraining, and focus needs to be given towards quality control in terms of what comes out the oven. Assistant manager needs to be fired or demoted, get someone that actually has people skills it cost $0 to be empathetic to your customers especially when it’s a screw up on your part.

I love we Papa John’s and I’m not gonna lie at this location when I tell you the Pizza tastes disgusting. I got a Pizza at this location and I regretted it severely. Although it’s closer to me, I would rather drive out. It’s another location. Even the one in Miami Gardens is better than this. You have a better trust of going to miami garden and the people in there are rude

The delivery driver brought me the wrong order and when I call to speak to the manager, the costumer service agent told me that they do not have evidence of the mistake when I actually spoke to the driver and showed him the pizza so, they just charged me and did not bring me the pizza that I ordered and paid. They stole my money in my face. Pls now take a look of your own mistake and bad service(picture attached)…it happens may 25th 2023 between 7pm to 830pm.
