Great selection of pastries and a lot more. I had a cappuccino and veggie patty croissant.

Tried this place for the first time and got the sundried tomato and feta croissant which had big pieces of sundried tomato in the center. I wish i requested it to be heated up it but it was still tasty room temp from the display.

Excruciatingly slow service for simple egg sandwiches. Half an hour! I try not to criticize individual employees, but the the two line cooks clearly lack any sense of efficient service or urgency. Maybe their “Eggenues” are good when they’re hot and fresh, but I guess we’ll never know because they don’t hire experienced cooks to do the food justice. It’s a shame, too, because the pleasant atmosphere is completely overshadowed by the terribly slow service. Overall, I cannot recommend this location unless you have nowhere else to be that day.

Nice location in Fairhaven and there are a few outdoor seats. I recommend not going here if you’re in a hurry though. It took 35 minutes to get two sandwiches that were $15 each and pretty dry. Nothing was being cooked and there were only two couples in front of us, and there were multiple staff on their assembly line, so I’m not sure why it took so long. Also, there’s only one bathroom. Kind of disappointing because we love the Lynden location.

Really nice, community-oriented bakery. There weren’t many bread or pastries when we arrived on a Sunday morning.

The atmosphere and food are fine here, the service was terrible will not be coming back. I like the other two locations but this one needs to check itself. Very disappointing. If you don’t like working in the service industry maybe pick a new job. I understand having bad days but that was ridiculous.

Great sandwich spot. Lots of great options and sandwiches are like the old school deli style -simple with great bread, meat, etc.

I almost got Subway for lunch today, but I changed my mind and decided to drive a bit farther to Avenue Bread. I’m so happy I did. This sandwich was amazing! The bread was soft, but still with a good chew, and all the other ingredients tasted so fresh. The pesto spread was generously applied, and the sprouts added such a good textural element.

Nice local coffee shop with terrific looking sandwiches. We found their cappuccinos to be sub par. This was very unfortunate as we live within walking distance from this location and it does not bode well the next time we venture out for a morning coffee in Fairhaven.
