Avenue diner is my go-to for when I want a great breakfast or sandwich. I’ve eaten there for dinner too and it’s excellent. It’s not fancy, but it’s fast, clean, polite, and always delicious.
It’s nice to always see the owner and other regular employees. Feels like a family spot. Extremely welcoming!

This place is a must! Here visiting family and not from this area and just happened to come across this seemingly normal little family diner. We were all absolutely happy with our meals. With a wide variety of menu options, we all ordered something different and none of us were disappointed. The restaurant was clean and quiet, no loud background music. Even the restrooms were spotless. I would go out of my way to eat here again. They actually care about the food they serve here and it shows.

I ordered up biscuits and gravy with over medium egg sausage and hash browns. They were pretty busy, but I didn’t have to wait very long for my food.
I have to say everyone was friendly, and this place seems like a well-run machine—the refills on coffee and water. This place is fantastic.
When I was cashing out, the lady thanked us for coming.

I went there for a quick breakfast. I ordered the egg Benedict with English muffin, ham and hollandaise sauce. My eggs were fried over easy. I really didn’t mind but it was not Benedict. The food was served in a timely manner, friendly service, great coffee, everything was well cooked. A great place to have a typical diner breakfast.

This place is Very good! Had some of the best Broccoli &Cheese soup I’ve ever had! Their homemade in-house chips were fantastic. The Ruben was good but wasn’t a fan of the sauerkraut, it was way too strong but the pickles were very good. The price was good and the food was very fresh. I will be back!!
