Ordered 3 biggie bags, when I got home discovered one of my burgers in the bag was BRIGHT PINK. I couldn’t even eat it, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I called the store over 15 times and received no answer so I drove back to get my issue resolved and I was met with poor customer service. I showed them the photo and explained my situation and didn’t even receive an apology, just weird looks from the employees. The guy at the first window was nice and helpful but the two girls at the second window were questioning me as if I lied when I literally had a photo & was just in 20 minutes prior. When the window shut, the girls were giving us dirty looks and obviously talking bad about us. They did remake 2/3 biggie bags I bought so that was nice, but I didn’t appreciate the carelessness.

Place was semi busy last at night but the drive thru staff was fantastic. The gentleman that handed me my food went above and beyond and was pleasant so much so I felt compelled to tip him 5 bucks. He was happy, helpful and thankful

Did drive thru tonight, when I asked if the chicken on parm salad was grilled they just left it off. That is not what I wanted. Then the chili was really runny and seemed like they just added water . The lettuce in my salad was slimy.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I just spent $50 on food there and called multiple times to complain about my order and of course the phone goes straight to voice-mail every time. I have a food allergy to mayo and they put extra mayonnaise on my food. They messed up my son’s food as well. So when my friend went back to get it fixed the manager told her that after the 2nd call with no answer that they should have just went in. So if you want your food messed up and want rude customer service, by all means go to this Wendy’s. I sure will not return there and I won’t send anyone there.

I was literally just waiting for my food in the parking lot, minding my business, and some manager or higher-up comes out and THREATENS TO KEY MY CAR, and having my car towed then started remarking really rude comments to me if I don’t move it. Like… What?? Over a parking spot? At Wendy’s? Had a bad experience with the a manager or at wendy’s and they treated their customer terrible so I won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered food through the drive threw. Quick and easy. No too busy. Was handed the food at the next window quickly and on our way. Arrived home, opened up my burger which appeared to be just thrown together. All the topping all over the wrapper. While putting it back together I noticed on two thin pieces of lettuce and a half of a slice of tomato so thin I could see threw it. For the price paid it is sad to get such crappy food.
