The pictures they show are most definitely NOT what you get. For a $20 brisket plate you expect to get more that 2 pieces of meat. The trinity plate had 1 piece of brisket, 1 rib and a hot dog sized sausage. The taste is good. The corn was great, but portions are small. They need new pictures to show what you really get. Will not order again.

Great locally owned not a you’ll be happy when you find them because there’s not one bite of food that he serves that does not exceed any expectation that you may have had for any kind of barbecue his pork butt is delicious. It needs no barbecue sauce. None whatsoever it’s Moist and delicious if you’re lucky enough to get any brisket, that’s all you’re ever gonna wanna eat. You’ll never wanna eat anybody else’s brisket. It’s just not the same and again it doesn’t need any sauce on it? It’s so tender you don’t even have to cut it with a fork. I highly recommend this vendor for any party food catering or just feeding your family. I got a whole brisket for Easter and there was not a crumb left
