Ordered and paid for an extra shot of espresso, watched the older lady prepare it and saw she did not add the extra shot. She didn’t even look at the cup or see the extra shot until I asked her about it and she yelled at me and told me to have a great day. Just wanted what I paid for.

Honestly disgusted. I used the restroom first and one of the baristas was in there. She was on her phone as soon as she got out of the stall and didn’t wash her hands. We both headed to Starbucks and she didn’t wash her hands there either!!!! She put on her apron and started making drinks! I didn’t see a single person wash their hands while I was there. This is how things spread. Please refresh your employees on proper food safety. What I witnessed today was utterly disgusting.

The coffee here is usually good, but that’s where the positives end. I’ve ordered several times from this store, and my order has never been accurate. The baristas are rude and generally don’t seem to care, and the customer service is bad even when the store isn’t busy. I’ve been incorrectly denied the opportunity to use Starbucks coupons/offers several times, with no apologies or friendliness after needing to point out in the app that I’m right. Go to a different Starbucks if you can, I won’t be coming back to this one

I was in yesterday and had ordered 2 of the same coffees and after having my coffees made I tasted them and they did not taste right either the espresso was old or the syrups were expired it did not taste right. The employee was amazing enough to remake my coffee and let me watch how many pumps of each syrup how much espresso and how the cold foam was made and it was made correctly and even after it being remade my drink still tasted absolutely horrid. My husband even complained of a stomach ache and nausea after drinking the beverage. I am very upset I visit Starbucks regularly and I am very aware of what my drink is supposed to taste like and that is not it.

Not only is the staff excellent! But the accuracy on my order was exceptional! Please come check out this location they provide with amazing customer service! Though my only issue was seating boy are they uncomfortable for business or just hanging around. But overall great place to have some Caffeine!

One time I went this girl was really funny and I felt like that’s what we need at humans is a good laugh. I ordered the Cloud Macchiato and we laughed and called it The Cloud Thing. This was the best experience I have ever had and I always go to this Starbucks. I recommend this!

Coffee and food was good. It’s located in Target with very limited seating plus they have an area within Starbucks where online orders are kept for pickup which limits space and tables.

Ran by underage kids that have no idea what they are doing. Messed up three orders in front of us then messed up ours also. Also throwing the food across the counter makes for a “wonderful experience”
