What a beautiful restaurant at the base of Snowmass Village. It’s definitely the most sophisticated place to have a meal or a drink in the area. (Toro at the Viceroy is up there, too) The decor is amazing, the service was great, and the food was solid. This is one of the go-to spots after a long day of skiing or hiking in Snowmass Village.

The best restaurant in the town of Snowmass.. The location is really awesome and the food tastes delicious.. Chef Bill has magic in his hands. We tried the Dry Aged Steak and espresso martini and it was the one the best steak I had.. The Martini was awesome with nice balance of taste!! Outstanding and delicious dinner at Aurum Food and Wine. The salad was delicious, the Vegan Lasagna was something really super special. I really don’t eat much vegan food but the Vegan Lasanga was super flavorful and well balanced. The French onion burger was really good too. Our waiter Steve was as attentive as they come. I suspect Steve had more than one role to fill and he was absolutely killing it. I highly recommend Aurum Food and Wine for a great dining experience.

We were there after a beautiful day of skiing and we were very well attended by Nicolas. He recommended a Post and Bean Cavernet Sauvignon and As you wish cocktail that you have to try! We will definitely go back!
