Waste of money. As soon as we walked into the store no employee even acknowledged the presence of customer ( they seemed more annoyed ) , when Asked for a sugar/cinnamon pretzel I was advised to wait 10+ mins for a fresh one.Employee insisted on the nuggets and the quality was horrible , cold and chewy it looked like the been done for long hours!
It was 5 pm and the store was dirty and not busy. Very unsanitary.

We stopped by this place for a good Pretzel snack but were very disappointed. First of all there’s No Customer Service at all. Second, there were only 2 employees working. And when the cashier told the other employee our order, that other employee turns around to look at us with a disgusted face as if saying, “really, you’re gonna make me work more”. And the cashier just laughs at her expression!! Last, the pretzels were over baked, black even. Not to mention that they told us 10 minutes and it still took 20.

I normally love Auntie Anne’s but the service here was horrible. We went in and had to wait a 20 minutes in line just to get to the counter and get told the only have 1 cup of salt pretzels. The rest of the items they had were supposedly seperated already and they weren’t going to make more. You’re telling me you have a full shop but don’t have anything to sell? This was 2-3 hours before closing so you’d think they’d have items to sell.

This place’s wait time is horrible , they never have anything ready on hand . Always a 10-20 minute wait time . Very unfortunate because they could be making a lot more business if they would speed up the process and taking care of customers . WORST experience ever. On Monday they had customers waiting outside in the cold because they were ONLY allowing 2 people at a time. We all waited about 25 minutes outside. Not only that but when they finally opened the doors for everyone 3 of us ended up leaving because they were ONLY taking cash and NOTHING was prepared it would have to be an extra wait. Keep in mind this happened at 2 in the afternoon. After being told that I let the other customers outside know so they aren’t waiting even more. The way they run this business is horrible . The least they could have done was write on a paper stating the amount people allowed in and that they are ONLY taking cash at the moment. I guess it’s hard for them to do. Now today I tried to go again in the afternoon and they were CLOSED!! Like seriously….. I honestly don’t understand why they can’t take a minute to write a on a paper stating “we will be closed for the day ” or “will be back at 5pm ” or something and tape it on the window so EVERYONE is aware. Maybe adjust the business hours online if they are going to be closing early.

Still requiring masks. We are fully vaccinated, but that didn’t matter. They didn’t have masks to provide for us. We stopped wearing masks 2 months ago.
