Fast and friendly service. Food is so good, it was fresh and well seasoned. It was my first time having shawarma, delicious!!! The cucumbers, tomatoes and hummus were freshly made, the chicken was seasoned and delicious and the rice was flavorful and not dry. I especially loved the loaded fries with chicken, in-house seasoned fries, cucumber sauce and their signature Olive Flame special sauce, definitely a flavor explosion in my mouth. The portion size was really good, I will be eating off this meal at least twice. They service was exceptional, we decided to eat in the restaurant and although it is just a small bar area with a few stools they were not lacking on service, we where check in on often, offered accommodation while we waited for our food and served in an upbeat and professional manner. Any questions we had were answered very knowledgeably. We will definitely be going back to try other items on their menu.

Great new Middle Eastern restaurant. Saw some good reviews and wanted to try it so we drove from Wales out to West Allis. The gentleman behind the counter was one of the partners, and he was very helpful with what we should order for dinner. We ended up trying their chicken Shawarma platter, french fries, and the dolma. He also gave us a sample of their secret Olive Flame sauce, which they were just introducing on the menu. It was also so good! Highly recommend 🙂

Had the kofta kababs and sheesh kababs from this Mediterranean spot and they were really well done juicy, well seasoned, and cooked just right. The meat had a good char without being dry, and the spices hit the right balance of savory and aromatic. The portion size was solid and felt worth what I paid.
Service was smooth and the food arrived fresh. If you’re into Mediterranean grill plates and want a reliably tasty kabab fix, it’s worth checking out. Highly recommend those two dishes

Finally tried this new spot in West Allis and I’m so glad I did!
I went for the Mushroom and Swiss burger and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. You can actually taste that it was done on a real charcoal grill it has that perfect smoky, flame grilled flavor that you just don’t get at most places.
The double patties were super juicy, and they didn’t skimp on the mushrooms or the melty cheese. It’s take out only, but the food held up great on the ride home. Definitely my new go to for a solid burger

Picked up takeout last night and was blown away by how good everything was. I normally don’t leave a lot of reviews but everyone should be checking out Olive Flame! I ordered the Chicken Shish Tawooq which was well seasoned and very tasty. The hummus was great, salad very fresh. I was impressed not only with the taste but with the portions of protein and how fresh everything tasted. Adding this to my takeout rotation for sure!

My husband and I stopped in and decided to try the Chicken Shawarma Wrap, and WOW we were seriously impressed. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and so flavorful, super juicy without being greasy. The garlic sauce tied everything together. You can tell everything is made fresh.
