It’s so sad to hear from the owner that she is thinking to close the shop cause there are not many customers coming to this place anymore. The immigrant effect is real, hope everyone is happy to see small American independently owned businesses closing. Great place to eat at, enjoy a few snacks with friends, and service was great. Especially from an employee by the name Alberto. He was very kind and quick to give us our food. Very professional and probably the best pretzel maker I’ve ever seen, no cap. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The lemonade there is also very exquisite btw.

While traveling on a Saturday afternoon, my daughter and I decided to stop here to see what the food was like at a different location other than the one that my daughter works at. I have to say that we were treated with so much kindness by the manager – Serena, and the product of the food was nothing short of fantastic. Thank you Serena for your kindness, we will see you next time we’re in the area. A complete and total five-star experience!!!

Horrible pretzels at this place. I got to my car and expected a warm soft pretzel. It was hard, cold, and old. I was already onward to Wisconsin or I would of went back for my money. I was weary buying it because the employee had his mask down and no gloves. I sent a email for a refund. I received back a email of apology and a ask for my address for free pretzels coupons. It has been nearly three weeks since that email and I have not had a lick of mail with coupons, nor a follow up email… I am not impressed.
Save yourself from wasting money here. Maybe get some pizza at Sbarro’s!
