The service was OK. The place is clean and friendly. My over medium eggs were really oily, and so was the sausage. The homedries were really good surprisely no oily. The pancakes were good, and my wife enjoyed her scrambled egg thing. The entire bill came to 50.

Very old breakfast/lunch restaurant. A little off the main paths of stores, but good food. Simplistic dishes nailed and checked the comfort food boxes. Staff is really friendly. Meal can fairly quick. Happy with product and service received.

Super friendly people and a really good breakfast. We visit Gatlinburg quite often and I never miss an opportunity to have breakfast at the Atrium Restaurant. The portions are huge and we most often split the baked apple pancake and are sill filled beyond capacity. This is a great place for breakfast with really good food and great service.

Nothing special here!!!! They do have parking here it’s their only plus. A completely underwhelming and forgettable experience. Everything tasted bland NO flavor. Bacon was tasty and coffee was good that’s it. We the traditional Eggs Benedict, fried green tomatoes, scrambled eggs, grits and French toast. Nothing was really good, tasteless.

The food was great. The service was great as well. Just slow. But when you only have 2 employees managing the place the service want be fast. Overall I give it 5 stars. We ate there 2 days in a row. That apple pancake is the bomb. We will eat at this place lots of times to come.

Starting with the hood. Our waitress was very nice. The food was not worth the stop. My cousin ordered a medium well steak that was very well done. And they had no fried okra so she had no side since she doesn’t eat fries or tomato’s. The burger was also very well done. I had a Mexican omlet that had no flavor at all. Again our waitress was very nice.

We really liked this place because the apple pancake “cake” and cinnamon roll were excellent. Our kids really enjoyed them. My husband wasn’t too thrilled with his ham, thought it was was too salty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They gave us enormous glasses for drinks.

This is a go to for us whenever we visit Gatlinburg. The atmosphere is basic, but it is not important because the service and food are fantastic! Jamie has been at this restaurant for 12 years and treats it like she owns it. We appreciate her and her kind spirit!

Very friendly staff, our server Jamie she was so sweet, Quick seating, fast service, Kobe the young man brought our food out and was super polite and attentive. Food was great quality and there was a lot of food for one person for the price… not expensive at all… honestly we could have shared with the amount of food they gave. I order the “happy hiker” and I tell you I could have split it with myself and my best friend and it was $10! Great food for $10!!! Cheap and great service!!! Must go!

Don’t miss this great place to have breakfast! As soon as you enter Gatlinburg coming in from Pigeon Forge, it’s on the left side. We got there at 8 am and we were the second ones to be seated. When we left, 30 minutes later, many of the tables were filled. Apparently, the word is out; great food, great portions, and great prices!
