Don’t waste your time. After 11a they were just beginning to put out pastries.. while taking orders- not sanitary. $9 for avocado toast just feels like a rip off. Minimal vegan friendly options. Ordered one slice of toast bc I was really hungry and about to travel. Disappointing. And don’t ask questions about your order, it’ll be ignored or responded to rudely. Out of the 3 staff working, 2 of them were rude, over worked, and stressed. The other was taking orders and moving pastries. This location needs help. The smells in the right corner of the restaurant near the smoothie area needs attention. I won’t be returning.

The parking lot was extremely dark and lighting of the store didn’t look so inviting from the outside. There were plenty of seats but service seemed little slow that particular evening. Staff members were friendly and food tasted good overall. Bread on my sandwich was little tough but I loved their potato soup. Bakery items didnt appear to be that fresh. It is a decent place to consider if you are looking for options to replace Panera or Jason’s deli.

Great atmosphere with big windows for a lot of light and soft music in the background. The staff is friendly and will help you if you’re having trouble deciding on what to get. It’s a good spot to sit and grab a bite to eat with WiFi and a few outlets along the walls so you can study or do business. The menu is good for a nice sit down lunch or a quick coffee and pastry run.

There’s literally only 4 customers here, including myself, and the floor is covered in food, all the tables have leftover plates on them, and none of the tables look to be clean. If I wasn’t starving, I would definitely leave. I had to wipe off my own table, find a broom, and cleanup where I decided to eat. While doing all of this, the employees, which are doing nothing, sat there and watched me. Last time coming to this location ever.

If you could get 0 stars I would have given 0 stars. I ordered at 10:40 am and instead of telling before I swiped my card, I was told after making the payment they only had two workers and it could take 20 minutes. I asked for a refund because I had a job to be at at 11 am and it is now 11:12 and I am still waiting on my food. So. Not only am I late for my appointment but it’s been longer than 20 minutes and I’m still waiting on my food. There is not manager on duty extremely unprofessional unorganized and will NEVER come to this establishment again. Now I look unprofessional because I’ve had to let my client know I am running late because this establishment can seem to make me a chicken salad sandwich in a timely manner. Not only are they under staffed but they keep taking orders. They are lost and this is the absolute worst Atlanta Bread Company experience I have ever had.

They had left a cigarette under my moms sandwich they have disgusting health standards and I would recommend no one ever eat here again. The fact there was a cigarette here implies the workers were smoking in the back. FYI, the health department will be made aware of this. The manager also walked away and left the store when this was shown to her.
