I cannot stress how much I dislike ordering from the computer. We went to the counter and waited, but no one was there and no one came. So we were forced to use the computer. Does the staff believe they don’t have to man the counter because of the computer ordering option? Food was good. Kitchen staff were excellent.

Their Pizza was good. The staff was helpful and polite. It took them some time to clean up after the pigs that where there to use the WiFi. As you can see from the picture they left garbage on the seat and floor.

Wife and I have never eaten Panera tried today. Never will I ever try again. Terrible customer service attitude from Michelle and supposed GM. If that’s who he really is. He got nasty on the phone refused to give a name and told her to look up customer service # he wouldn’t give it to her. Just close this place down or bring it much better people at least trained in some part in customer service at that.

The guy at the counter insisted we order with him, because “he’s bored.” Then it took 15 minutes to order with him. They didn’t give my wife the dressing for her salad, and when I asked the guy to get it, he told me to go to the window and ask, and there was no one there. He should have walked over and got it for us. Food was delicious, service was not great, and only one table was clean enough for us to use.

Went through the drive through before work(730am), asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel toasted with PLAIN Creamcheese (she even confirmed with me that I wanted plain cream cheese at the drive through) I get to work and I was given chive and onion cream cheese? I ordered a half Caesar salad and cup of chicken noodle soup. I received dry lettuce (1/4 full dressing cup) with four stale croutons and a cup of broth with one noodle and a lot of celery. I spent $21. It’s almost embarrassing to be ripped off this badly.
