This ended up being a nice surprise. The service was good, food ended up being better than expected and everyone was talking up thier wings which are on special every Wednesday. I’ll have to go back for those. I tried the Cranberry turkey BLT, and it was a lot more than I expected for size and flavor. Top off with some sweet potato fries.

First time visit this place with terrible experience had a piece of plastic inside my bowl of soup when I tried to shoved into my mouth. And prime rib looked like a rubber sandal can’t even cut it off and asked server to took it back. The worst part I don’t care they took the meals off but it’s about courtesy where there’s no action from the m manager come to us concerned about the issue from their except they gave us crème brûlée as an apology gesture. Service is excellent but the quality of foods awful.

My parents went yesterday for a special wedding anniversary and the experience was so bad that my mother left in tears after cocktails. No heat, paper menus reduced to three food options, and the staff felt so bad that they were suggesting my parents would be better to just leave and go to a different restaurant. The manager was hidden in his office playing on his phone during a Saturday night service. Who ran this place into the ground? This used to be our family’s go to celebration spot. On a related note, I called about booking an office holiday party recently and the manager was extremely rude – he treated me like a pain for asking about a group reservation and scolded me for suggesting a Monday since they are closed. He was very happy to tell me that they couldn’t help me- which makes sense now, since they couldn’t even serve a party of two on their special day. Luckily, Vicente’s went out of their way to make their night special after At the Rail did their best to ruin it.

I took my sister here for a birthday lunch. The waitress Cheyenne did a fabulous job! The lunch was great and the staff surprised us with a wonderful birthday cheesecake, that was delicious. I have always had a great meal when coming here. Thanks for making her lunch a memorable occasion!

Its my first time here. I was told about this place through family, and since Im in the area. I had to give it a try at the end of this post you will know how my time here was. I had the New York strip. It was cooked to perfection and the view while your eating at the middle of the day was great. I encourage everyone to give this place.a try..GOOD FOOD!
