This is a Must Try. New Owners. Completely improved and different food quality. The owner is a great person. I was very impressed. Food quality and options were excellent. Food was fresh and the sushi bar was very good. I tried a little bit of all different kinds of food, even the Mongolian bar. Everything was fresh, not old and dried. They even had frog legs and plantains. They were very good.I think new owner should put a sign out to let everyone know it’s changed owners. We needed this in Defiance. Great spot for kids also. Service was great. The owner even made up some coconut shrimp, fresh. I mentioned I really liked his coconut shrimp but none out that day. That sells out , but they had different really good items out, so I was still happy. The plate in picture is what the owner brought out for me when they didn’t have the coconut shrimp. Amazing guy. Went above and beyond for a customer. Need a good quick lunch, grab a buffet to go. Good prices. I’m very picky and I have to say night and day change. Staff is a lot nicer and friendlier under this new owner. Give them a try and hopefully write a good review. I hope they stay in business a long time, and keep up the good standards. I ate here twice in a week because I wanted my fiance to see how much

Food was good. Good variety and hot. Actually had frog legs. Had to ask twice for refills. Got asked am I ready to check out after 1st plate. $15.99 per person was a little high for a buffet. Some of the food wasn’t fully cooked.

Since the new owner took over, this buffet has improved a lot. The food is fresher, better quality, and the dining area is no longer dark—it’s a much more enjoyable place to eat.

I always enjoy coming here. They keep the food PIPING hot. Sometimes I think the warming trays are even too hot lol. But I have always enjoyed it and never had any issues. My son loves the mushrooms and green beans. He is 2 so he eats free. It is a little more than other buffets but him eating free helps make up for what I pay. The staff is okay but being a little more friendly would go a long way. The staff that speak the least english seem to be the most friendly.

The hibachi cook talked on her phone the entire time she was cooking my food. It tasted like it was cooked on top of old burnt food. The beef for the hibachi was gray with dried brown edges so I avoided that. Some of the food on the buffet was not very hot (the fried shrimp was barely room temperature, the chicken wing I tried was cold in the middle). Some of the dishes we tried had weird after tastes. When I paid the check I mentioned the issues we encountered and the manager told me the food had to be hot because there was steam coming out of the sides of the steam tables. I can’t say for sure that it was food poisoning since we did not seek medical attention but my husband and I both had intestinal issues the rest of the day.

Straight to the point this place is delicious. The service is top notch, and the price is honestly stellar. The sushi selection is broad and varried. The hot food selection is wonderful beating out the competition. Over all ill definitely be coming back for a long time.

I like their food but its hit or miss there.Somtimes food is great other times its not.Staff are very unfriendly and anti social.I was proud to say I never got food poisoning my entire lifetime and I’m 55 years old but I have threw up 3 different times after eating there.Once as I was getting into my car.I would definitely say they reuse their food if it doesnt get finished the day b4.I dont know if they leave it out and must not refrigerate it so it won’t take so tuff the next day I believe they mix the yesterday’s leftover with the freshly made food and that why so many get sick after eating there.The last time we ate there I found a bone in my honey chicken.I think they must have several different cooks as food taste different from time to time the general tso chicken had a completely different taste to it last time I really like general tso, black pepper chicken,honey chicken,sweet and sour chicken and the chicken nuggets taste just like Mc Donalds nuggets!!I also like their egg drop soup.

Honestly the food just kinda sucks anymore. Also, why are they all so mean? Very pushy about everything and then drop the check off early as if they dont want you there. Also, kids eat free. But you an adult have to buy a pop. Then they still charge the kids drinks. Want a refill? Sure if youre still there in 40 minutes and you only get one because surely you will be done by the time they even offer you another one. I drink so much water because their food just gets stuck to the top of my mouth. Also, $49 for 3 adults and 2 kids who eat free. Then he requires you to tip a big tip. My husband left $10 and he kept asking for a few more dollars until my husband finally gave it to him. $13 tip for sometimes clearing plates and one refill on 3 drinks? Tonight was our last night ever going. This is just horrendous service.
