This was my first visit after always seeing it mentioned online. It will not be my last. I ordered Crab Rangoon, which were tasty and fried golden brown. For my main dish, I had the Chicken Drunken Noodles, mild. They were spicy and very flavorful! The food was piping hot and fresh. The chef was very kind, as well as the other employee that was working with her. Give them a try!

Whent here on the recommendation of my pastor. I tried it today since I was in the area and it didn’t disappoint. The lunch special was $10. A better deal for better food than you can get at Donald’s or the king. I had the General Tso’s. This is supposed to be a spicy dish, but it’s never spicy anywhere I go. This one was. Half way through the meal my forehead was sweating, yet the flavor out performed the heat. Im trying the Pad Thai next. The ladies taking the orders and giving the food were exceptionally nice as well. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Had Pad Thai and Curry. Both absolutely amazing. I’ve been trying to find a really good Pad Thai in the area. Found it! Everything about the experience was great!!

What a great surprise! Me and my son needed lunch between a soccer game and seeing the reviews, we had to give it a shot. I had the lunch Pad Thai and he has the General Tso (we also got the rangoons). All of it was really good! I am picky with Pad Thai and this hit every mark (my one critique is the noodles needed another 1-2 minutes of cooking, they were too chewy and near under cooked…still tastes great). Y’all, don’t sleep on this place!

STOP what you doing and RUN!! I have finally found my favorite Thai place in Pensacola. It’s been years since I have found that authentic flavor with the correct heat!
The food truck is next to a convenient store and there is a place to seat if you chose to dine outside. I wish this place was near by because I would eat lunch there every day!!
The price and portions are great. I switched over to drunken noodles since moving to Pensacola because nobody ever knows how to make Pad Thai…after eating her cooking, I seriously want to try everything.
Please support this local chef and let’s keep her around because we can’t lose her and her flavorful Thai food.
When you say hot…be prepared for that meal to be hot literally! She cooks things fresh and quickly. Thank you chef for a great dinner today.

This was our first time trying Asian Fusion and my wife and I are true believers. I had the Massamann curry chicken with mild spice and it was very delicious, one of the most amazing things to be in my mouth. Very dynamic flavor with a great peanut twang. The wife had pork pad thai with medium spice and she said “I could eat this everyday and want it for my death row last meal.” We also had pork egg rolls, which were some of the best I’ve we’ve ever had. The sweet and sour sauce was unlike anything we’ve ever had. You have to try this place for yourself and we can’t wait to try other items on the menu. 10/10

My family and I live right down the road from Asian Fusion and somehow never realized it until tonight, but we are so glad we finally tried it. This is, without exaggeration, the best Asian food we’ve had in years.
The Chef was incredibly welcoming and kind, the service was fast, and every dish we tried was absolutely phenomenal. A quick note for anyone sensitive to spice: even the “mild” lo mein and General’s chicken have a noticeable kick. We love spice, so it was perfect for us, but it’s worth mentioning.
We ordered the pork lo mein, and it was so good it nearly made my dad emotional with how flavorful and nostalgic it tasted. The pork itself was outstanding. Honestly, if you’re planning to get lo mein… order three. You’ll want more the moment you finish.
The fried rice was so delicious we were eating it completely plain—no soy sauce needed at all. The egg rolls were some of the best any of us have ever had, and my dad travels all over for work, so that says a lot. The General’s chicken was fantastic (again, spicy even on the mild level), and the orange chicken was a huge hit with the whole family.
Our only disappointment was that we didn’t have second and third stomachs to keep eating. We will absolutely be back!

From out state where we don’t have Thai food, much less an Asian food truck. This truck was clean inside and out and the ladies know how to cook. The spring rolls and golden bags were great as well as the main courses. Wish I could come back.

After having lived in SE Asia for a few years and traveled the region we were lamenting the lack of decent thai food in this area. Then we happened upon this food trailer, made a note to try it. Well, we returned to try the food. Got the most American items we could order as a trial, spring rolls, pad thai noodles, and mango sticky rice. OMG!!!. It was soooo good. As good as I remember from Thailand. We will be returning again and again. If you haven’t tried this place out please do so, you’ll really enjoy the food and also the friendly service.
