Had a really poor experience here. The place looks great and my family tried to plan an event here for over 100 people. We emailed, called and I even visited the place 3 times in an effort to plan the event for the day after my son’s wedding. We just couldn’t get the event management to follow through and tell us if they would host our event. One of the times I showed up at noon (they were supposed to be open at 10a.m.) they were still locked up. The other visit the one of the employees told me they were leaning towards hosting our event and would let us know shortly, but they never got back to us. We ended up moving the event next door to Wicked Weed after 15 minutes of conversation. The service was like night and day. Wicked Weed was way more professional. I am thinking either the management or the ownership doesn’t really care to attract new customers. Maybe they are doing so well they don’t need them. Too bad the place looked pretty cool.

Robust drink menu with a great bar atmosphere. This is the perfect place for pickle ball, especially if some people in the party would rather sit out. We’ll definitely come back again. Our bartender, Sally, was fantastic. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

The staff is amazing. AVL Sports Club offers a great experience where you can hit the court for basketball or pickleball, catch a game on its numerous TVs, or relax outside and enjoy the breeze. The drinks are well priced, and ASC offers a full selection including beer, wine, liquor, seltzers, and non-alcoholic (NA) beverages. I’ve never been disappointed—it’s always a blast!

Two stars bc the idea and aesthetic is pretty cool. If you’re trying to actually play pickleball then go somewhere else. Theres not enough space on the backside of the courts to play a real game and one side has a brick wall and a pole that I kept hitting. Still kinda fun. I tried to get a Bloody Mary but the bartender didn’t know what it was. My friend got a Shirley temple that was undrinkable and when I ordered a margarita with salt the bartender wearing a fox tail asked if I wanted the salt “in the margarita” needless to say it was terrible. Idk what was going on but no one was there to help the person bartending and she or they definitely had no idea what they were doing and the 5 drinks we got took like 20 plus mins at a completely empty bar. Mgmt needs to give the fox some help.

Cool place, nice vibe. Didn’t get the opportunity to play anything outside because their were people on them the whole time. Drinks were good, large selection of liquor, a few premixed liquor drinks on tap and beer on tap. Many large tvs with frames- it’s a nice look!

Absolutely love this place! It has all the feels. Great place for everyone. Love the idea of the basketball courts and pickle ball yet inside is a great place to hang with friends. Great for a date and the staff is super friendly. One of Asheville’s best spots to date!

Classy and modern sports bar. Lots of large televisions, basketball court and tennis/pickle ball court outside. Good drink menu including liquor, some $5/6 draft beers and full coffee barista. This place is solid. Watched college football playoffs here and enjoyed myself.
