The reviews are pretty much right! Got breakfast bagels they were pretty much at bottom of the barrel taste wise. They changed the sauce I believe too. The big breakfast we got was lacking the big part. This was a to go order and you barely interact with anyone but they forgot the straws one of the most important items next to getting the food right. The prices just keep getting higher while the quality goes down. Overall to sum it up honestly it sucked! They just opened in Fall of 2025 you think they wouldn’t be better. 2.5 starts currently in Jan. 2026 The owners need to read reviews!

Just placed an order for our shop and the staff took my list of everyone’s order and filled the order by putting each ones order in a bag with their name on and everything was done perfectly and the staff here is awesome. Our favorite McDonald’s for breakfast is in New Carlisle Ohio. A shout out for perfection.

Nobody in the drive-thru and nobody in the lobby and it still took over 15 minutes to get food. Actually had to ask the manager how much longer it was going to be and even she was rude as hell. Food came out slopped together. Had to wrap it with a napkin just to eat it because it was so bad. Every table in the place was dirty.. If there’s no customers, how is there no time to clean the tables? If this is a standard, I can see why there was no one there.

Employee didnt want to take our classic big mac pack order saying it had to be a mobile order for them to do it even though every other mcdonalds I’ve been to they had no problem doing it. Lazy employees get lazy reviews.

I’ve never seen a mcds team made up of only people with special needs, but it’s such a cool concept! I do wish there was someone there making sure the orders are correct though. I haven’t had my order correct from that location in over a year. Just be prepared to be more patient because this location is kind enough to give those with special needs a job.

Got a frappe today and it was pretty much all ice. It wasn’t blended really at all so when I was drinking it ice chips would also be in at so then id have to chomp em down to actually drink the drink the only saving grace was the people working were friendly.

No one is upfront to greet you. We had to wait over 20 min for our order. Two meals and a Happy Meal. No one apologized for the wait. I had to stand at the counter looking back at the prep area to even get someone to look in our direction.

Absolutely the the worst McDonald’s around everyone in there is rude, they can’t get an order right to save their lives. Order hot cakes and get no syrup! Anytime I go there there’s an issue.

First and foremost, out of the 7 months I’ve moved to this area, and made a few pit stops to this location and have had. Nothing but crappy service the whole time, I am finally saying something. Because this is ignorant.
Do y’all hate your jobs or you’ll just throw food carelessly into customers bags like this? And don’t get the sauce I asked for? Hire people that actually want to work and not treat peoples belongings like crap. Management and higher superiority are to blame, because most of these workers are teenagers with no guidance. DO BETTER.

None of the team members showed any care that my and others orders were taking over 15 minutes to be given out. Food was ice cold, fries tasted like theyve been sitting for over an hour, sauces weren’t in the bag for the nuggets and the team members was rude when i asked for the sauces i ordered. Only nice thing about this experience was the McDonald’s being in a newer building
