I was passing through and figured I should eat. Almost drove past and I’m sure glad I stopped. The pull pork sandwich was amazing. The bun was fresh and the spicy BBQ Sauce had just enough heat. Also added Mac and Cheese on the side.

Stopped by and picked up a pulled pork sandwich and a side of potato salad, I was pleasantly impressed by this hidden little gem in Prineville. The pork had a perfect smoke flavor(not overwhelming), and was very moist, the roll was delish, and the potato salad is up there in my Top 3 Best for a restaurant potato salad. Definetly will be going back regularly! I highly recommend giving it a go!

I was highly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Ashley smokes all her meat each week which is enriched with flavor. Ashley also provided exceptional customer service and her food truck was one of the cleanest I have ever seen.

Fantastic bbq sandwich, had the pulled pork and coleslaw, the bread was really fresh, spicy bbq sauce just right and tasty coleslaw. Nice outdoor seating area and the owner is really nice!

Everything about this little place is awesome. More people need to know about it. I had the triple meat plate with the chili and cornbread and that’s silly and the cornbread was probably the best I’ve ever tasted the meat was really good but the chili and cornbread was outstanding if you haven’t tried this place you need to do more people need to know about it
