Tony and Lily are the absolute sweetest and nicest owners. Ive been coming here since 10 years ago while working in Belltown, and I can’t resist eating here at least once a week. The banh mi (all flavors) are so good I havent branched out to other menu items yet after all this time. Anytime Ive introduced someone to the banh mi here, it has become a lunch staple for them too.

Apparently they serve Umbria coffee blends but their Americano was super watered down and gave me heartburn. Given Seattle they are below par on their coffee. Only reasons stopped by saw the reviews and it was on my walk route. Seem like nice family business and I am sure their other items are nice but coffee a no no when their are amazing places in the vicinity.

My husband and I have made it a point to come here every time we are in Seattle. Their black and white mocha is the perfect amount of sweet to coffee ratio. Their everything croissant breakfast sandwich is so delicious. Highly recommend for a quick walk up breakfast!
