We got seated right away. They were very busy with a large group of about 25. My husband went up to the bar to get us drinks. We then waited 40 minutes for the waitress to come to take our order. We ordered and then waited another 25 minutes for our food. Then the food came out…..my husband peeled the breaking off of his fish because it was so doughy and greasy. My burger tasted like a mixture of grease and drano. It tasted like chemicals inside of an over toasted crunchy bun. We said something when we went to pay and were told, yup, sorry we are really busy. The only good thing about my dinner was the old fashion. So disappointed.

Fish batter was too heavy and not cooked thoroughly, very doughy on the inside. When we asked for a different piece of fish to be cooked just a little longer, they brought out this very dark piece of fish. Couldn’t eat either, maybe the dog or skunks might eat it. We won’t go back.

Got to have a special menu item tonight, the Sweet Chili Hoisin Grilled Shrimp. I forgot to take a photo before I decided to devour it so this is a photo from the bar. I can confirm it looks exactly like this though. Holy fk was this amazing!!! Great service today!

Walked in and informed the bartender that I was going to have a larger party, I ask for some menu’s and sat at one of the back tables. Ordered about 15 minutes later, after my party arrived, and ordered (at the bar), I walk up to the bar and place my order at the bar, my party receives their food and I wait patently for mine after waiting about 30-45 minutes I ask where my order is. After going up to the bar (with a new bartender) I come to find out never put it in my order. Understandably I get that sometimes orders are lost/misplaced or never put in at all but I was never offered any apology/compensation for anything. I will not be returning when I come to the area again.

Great local spot! The food was delicious, I don’t think I have ever had a more perfectly cooked burger at a restaurant. The owner’s Mom was our waitress, super friendly and helpful. This will be my lunch spot in the area whenever I am there. Don’t go in expecting gimmicky sports bar junk. This is a nice, simple home town place.

Went to the September 5th Packer game there. Service could be quicker and friendly. They need to add perch fish fry to the menu. Potato salad was fabulous!

I didn’t rate food because I didn’t eat there, but I will definitely go back! Loved the laid-back atmosphere! The bartender was great, and the place is big enough that you aren’t sitting on top of each other.
I can’t remember the bartender’s name, but he was very personable and chill!
