Moved to Zebulon from NJ and clearly have high standards when it comes to pizza. Armando’s is the best we have had since moving here 4 years ago including places we have tried in Raleigh. Cheesesteaks are delicious as well! Traditional pizzeria similar to what I remember as a kid.

I cannot believe how awful this was. I have eaten here before, and ordered to go from here before and never had such an awful pizza. It was old. I had clearly been out for hours because I picked it up 20 minutes after ordering it, but it was warm (not hot), the crust was hard as a rock – we couldn’t even bite through it. We were only able to eat about halfway down the slice before it got to be too hard to continue. I have never in my life had such a bad pizza. I called to ask if it was freshly made because it absolutely did not taste or look fresh, and Amelia assured me it was. I asked for some sort of compensation – maybe a discount or something but she would not do that unless I drove all the way back over. After being on the road most of the day and finally home, I just couldn’t get back out. We ate what we could and threw the rest out.

I got a large chefs special. It was bland, had little sauce and the crust was very tough and chewy. The place was very busy, so I thought it would have some great food. It looked great but boy, was I disappointed.

Finally tried this place out and I have no complaints. Pizza was delicious and true to NY style, comfortably crispy and not too greasy. The dining area has a active yet relaxed atmosphere with nicer furnishings than I would have expected. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. We also didn’t have to wait long for our order, which was a plus. You’re paying a bit more than you would at a chain for sure, but it was worth every penny for us.

Super friendly staff. The food was great. The patio table was nice. Prices were fair. I am not often over in this area and I am super bummed that it’s not closer to me! What a nice little spot. I will have to make it a point to come back whenever we are over in Zebulon.

Pizza tastes like home – NJ transplant here in NC. My husband had a sausage parmesan with peppers onions and mushrooms and said it was phenomenal. definitely our favorite local pizza place

This is an awesome Pizza spot with plenty of other tasty food options. They definitely bring that New York pizza vibe and also the cheesesteaks, buffalo wings, and cheeseburgers deluxe w/fries are also worth the try as well to say the least. They will have you interested in trying something else new as well so I definitely recommend.

Tried their new breakfast menu…yum! We had the huevos a la Mexicana and huevos Rancheros. Both very good. The huevos Rancheros is a bit spicy just as an fyi. Was not over poweringly spicy but I didn’t need to add my own hot sauce.

GREAT PIZZA! Stopped here while in town vising family and so glad I did. The white pizza is one of the best I’ve tasted. Light Crispy thin crust but NY style…super tasty. My mom’s supreme style pizza was good as well. The owner was very nice and thanked me for my business. Skip the big chains for much better pizza.
