Arby’s now has a lot more food items. Great taste and service on a budget. The manager is very friendly and looks like he keeps the staff motivated and happy. Ring the bell.

was driving by and saw the signs for the Apple Pie Shake and Peach Roll Ups, two of my husband’s favorites, and thought it would be a fun surprise for him.
I waited in line for about 15 minutes before ordering. I ordered the box meal (which apparently you can’t upgrade), so I added the Apple Pie Shake and Peach Roll Ups on the side. After paying, I was asked to pull forward and wait for the shake.
About 15 minutes later, I’m assuming the manager came out and said the shake machine was down and asked if I wanted something else or my money back. Looking back, I probably should have taken the refund. Instead, I asked for a roast beef sandwich with cheese. She asked again what I wanted, and I repeated roast beef with cheese before receiving the replacement.
When I got home, my food was ice cold from all the waiting. The replacement sandwich didn’t even have cheese on it, and the bread was hard.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since it started as a simple surprise for my husband.

After not coming here for 2 years we thought we would give them another chance. We ordered 2 big cheesy bacon burger meals with curly fries about $35.00. The cashier Veronica was very very nice. The food was outstanding and surpassed our expectations. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. After so many terrible visits in the past this was a wonderful experience.

This is a regular Arby’s I stop by i haven’t been in months but today I went thru the drive thru and the young lady working the drive thru was rude for no reason at all. I pulled up and asked her if she was okay she got upset and told me if I wanted the food or not I never got to answer and she closed the drive thru window. Why work customer service if you can’t give decent service I’m not asking for top notch but I don’t want to pay for the food when your employees are being rude.

We were served food that no person should be served at the drive thru (see photo) and received terrible customer service when we wanted to return the food. They made us stand there for 20 minutes while the person called their boss on the phone to figure out how to return money on the cash app debit card, refusing to give cash back instead. The place smelled bad when we went inside like old grease which validated my belief that the food was cooked in old dirty grease. The mozzarella sticks were cracked and the crinkle fries were brown and tasted bad. They also never too any responsible for putting that in my sandwich. They stated they “said this was in their sandwich”. The woman who helped us was nice but had no power to make decisions and the other employee was afraid of getting in trouble if the cash came out of their till. I feel sick after eating the portion of the sandwich I did and will be reporting this to the health department.

Ordered my food. Day before Thanksgiving. Didn’t want to cook. Ordered 2 double roast beef with cheese and a large curly fry.
Got home and one of the sandwiches was completely wrong and something I cannot eat.
After paying so much for something my wife and I view as a treat, I won’t do it again.
It could of been a mistake, but check the order before you give it to your customer.

Yesterday I wanted to try out the new turkey sandwich, it was very busy, I had a great service thanks to the young cashier and the cooks. Problem was the management he was so rude!! Like extremely rude to his cashier. Yelling at her for not having fries!! While he was in the fry station, if this how this place works with that kind of management imagine close doors, no thank you

We purchased a Market Fresh Sandwich tonight. I opened the sandwich to rearrange the meat. There was a BITE takin out of my slice of cheese.
My husband returned the sandwich. The manager said “sometimes the cheese breaks”
I am sorry, but not in the middle of the slice and NOT IN THE SHAPE OF A MOUTH.
She offered to re make it then refunded us for the sandwich only when we said no thank you.
