Wendy’s, I was served a raw chicken sandwich by your staff. When I first received the meal, the manager, Jonathan, laughed. Later, when I returned to report the issue, the staff jokingly acted “shocked” while smiling, and two employees who were cleaning were also laughing. I had to file a police report (Report #261574, Badge #295) due to the serious health risk. My receipt number is 3248. I have already contacted your restaurant via email and phone.

The employees are nice. The food comes out quick.
My order has been wrong several times and it’s a very common order.
There is a considerable amount of crime in the area enough so that I often see a police officer out there once a week, but that isnt thier fault.

I called to tell manager that my sandwich was made wrong I didn’t get a receipt. She was willing to fix my sandwich and give me a fry. I told her I got a chilli but that’s was fine. Can I just get my nuggets because they were cold. On top of not getting a receipt I didn’t get my bbq sauce. Then she said she will do it this time but can’t next time cause I don’t have a receipt. Well that ur cashiers fault she didn’t give it to me. Then I said I’m good ion want my food fixed I want them to know the cashier sucks and she does too!!! This Wendy is just a bunch of problems..

The door were locked for entry. No signs to explain door issues or where a door is located. The lady was washing windows. I stood there at the counter after she let me in the store for a minute or two. She the. Asked am I trying to order. I stated yes and she came and took the order. I order a honey butter biscuit with the butter on the side. (I am on the train I don’t want the sticky butter all over.) She tells the other lady my order and she goes and get it. They gave me a cup that wasn’t even a 1/4 of the way full. The cup is already small they wouldn’t even give me half the cup. The biscuit. This was the ABSOLUTE worst food I had. I took a bite and I couldn’t even chew it.

The service was not delivered up to par. The front end staff had no gloved hand while handling the foods. The fries were horrible cooked in old oil and sandwich was lukewarm and appeared under cooked. Had I not lived so far I would have bought everything back.

Worst wendys I’ve ever been too. Its 8:44 pm when im writing this, and the dinner is closed even though theres saying they’re open until 10pm. If you are going to close the dinner before 10 you should definitely remove the sign, its basically false advertisement.
