I do not enjoy writing subpar reviews for places. However when there is a problem with food preparation that makes you and your family ill, you gotta say something. I used to love Arby’s ever since I was a kid. Unfortunately the food experience and practices at this restaurant has tainted this love for the foreseeable future. The roast beef was hastily made and cooked, but not cooked properly. The fried food was alright so 3/5 for food because their milkshakes are good still. However they seem to have a staffing issue often and it doesn’t appear that the management is effective or caring there. Apologies this review is after numerous visits in the last four months. I do not know when I will enjoy Arby’s again. I do know I will not be at this location possibly ever again.

Showed up 10 min earlier than scheduled.for web order. Told me they wouldn’t receive order until the min I scheduled it to pick up. Told me I had to come inside. Sat inside for 20 min past my scheduled time for the food. No apologies no care. And absolutely where NOT busy. No one was in drive through and one other person was inside.

There’s two guys that work there that are very rude very brash and will often ask you if there’s anything else before you can get a word in edgewise to tell them the rest of your order. One of them is extremely confrontational when I ordered two sandwiches that were the two for seven and the way he explained to me that that I want to orders of two for $7 or just two sandwiches the way he explained that was rude and I don’t plan to go back to this Arby’s. There’s other Arby’s in town that I can go to and that’s a little out of the way but this Arby’s has a real problem with some of the guys there and their attitude. Now the redeeming Factor is the little old lady that works at the drive-thru they need to have her take in orders she is a sweetheart but the two guys that are one of them Hispanic and I believe one of them’s White they are just rude and they are the reason why I won’t go back

Thee single most abusive experience I have had at any establishment. The so called manager on duty John was cussing and throwing things around. He cursed at the 1 staff member who was trying their best to run as much as they could. John even told off a frustrated mom just trying to get her order and go to comfort her crying baby. Baily the one trying to hold things together deserves to be manager. John kept telling customers that no one would do anything least of all corporate and to try him. John’s abusive behavior continued as her walked out of the busy restaurant to sit in his car parked outside the front door. His aggressive and abusive behavior caused my partner to have a seizure. No surprise that when we finally got our order it was wrong, cold and literally thrown in the wrappers and thrown in the bags. Gross food and gross behavior. I feel really sorry for the only decent employee in the place getting cursed at and still trying.

When a customer asks for Arby’s sauce twice because you forgot it last time and you do the same thing again…it makes me feel pretty dissatisfied. I don’t enjoy the sandwich without the sauce. I always order an extra sandwich as well. So to spend $15 dollars twice in a row to not eat the food is disappointing. Please it’s not your sauce,quit being stingy and put it in the bag!
