The worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to!!! If you’re equipment isn’t working properly tell people before the spend their money on your garbage or atleast reimburse the money they paid when they call you out on selling stuff I wouldn’t feed to a pet rat!!! Horrible food horrible service! Don’t even deserve a star unless it’s for their ability to con people out of their hard earned money!!! I can’t believe you guys charged $16 for this garbage meal! I want my money back you already wasted so much of my time I can’t get back!

5/8 @ ~7:20 pm. Online order id AAEDVMXH9QA8: After handing me the bag, runner asked “Is this correct”? Since the bag was sealed, I couldn’t tell. When I got home, I see that my order was missing the add-on.
Third time this has happened similar to this, at this location, in 6 months. It’s gotten so annoying, I had to make this review. Began eating this beef and cheddar, it’s a single- not the double I ordered, and the meat is strangely rubbery halfway through. 2/10, will not be returning to this location again. I work in the area and used to eat here frequently.

I ordered 4 slider two of them where chicken slider both where not properly cooked. I took them home my fault. How difficult can it be to cook properly these tiny pieces of chicken? I don’t get it how incompetent must someone be? They tiny.

Used to be much better in the past. Jamocha shake barely had any jamocha flavor, location needs some help, water leaking in around windows after raining leaving the floor wet in many places and they tried to use drink cups to catch the water coming in, didn’t work well!
Front counter guy was expressionless, gruff and not welcoming at all. Steak bites were fairly tasty, potato cakes could have been cooked more.

I went through the drive thru for a burger and some fries for my son. I was about halfway through the burger when I bit into something hard and flat. After a couple chews, I realized it wasn’t actually part of the burger or something that was gonna break down so I pulled it out of my mouth and found a red plastic bread bag tye. I just spit everything out at that point…my stomach turned, how in the world did that go unnoticed while putting the burger together??? It’s RED. Also, if I was eating any faster, I might have choked.
Not happy about paying $14 for a meal that’s questionable.
THE STAFF members that assisted me, I want to be clear, were very polite and wonderful! Whoever put that burger together needs a little help in the kitchen.

We placed an order for pick-up at this Arby’s and arrived at the drive-thru for our order. As she gave us the food, I specifically asked if there was Arby’s Sauce in the bag. As we drove away, we opened it to find she lied to us (online orders are sealed). Additionally, our medium fries were only half-filled. If you’re brave enough to go here, check your order top to bottom before leaving or you’ll be disappointed.

I went through the drive thru, that day in Portland was in the high 90s. They only had two people show up for work. They were very polite and kept apologizing since they were only two of them doing everything. My food didn’t take that long, the car infront of took a while.

I like this Arby’s a lot. However, it seems they’re out of some of their main items each time I’ve ordered from there lately. First time, out of roast beef. Second time, out of au jus. Third time, (which was yesterday,) out of two different types of soda.
That’s my only reason for the four stars.
My food that I have gotten is always correct, always hot, always quick & the employees have always been very pleasant.
I’ll be more than happy to change my review to 5 stars once I’m able to order & have them not be out of something.
I do appreciate their effort though.
