I ordered 5 piece tenders and fries through DoorDash. The restaurant is only 1.2 miles away from my job location. Everything was ice cold when I received it. The tenders were actually undercooked and raw in the middle. Made me sick to my stomach. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. I told her about the food quality and that the tenders were undercooked and she actually implied that I was lying “no we check our meat temperature before we serve the food” she started arguing with me and hung up. Rude and unprofessional customer service I would never eat there again. What if my toddler ate that and had gotten sick? Terrible. Here’s a word of advice: if a customer calls in and reports that the food wasn’t thoroughly cooked, you should probably listen and not argue with them so that no one else gets sick. Or maybe you just don’t generally care

Just wanted to give the Assistant Manager Brandy a shout out. Her customer service went above and beyond. I’ve been sleeping on Arby’s and she not only gave good recommendations on what to order but she took the time out to let me know all what Arby’s now offer. When I went to Arby’s I was greeted by a really kind cashier , his name was Robin and for my first time being at Arby’s I didn’t know what I wanted and he came in with great recommendations on what I should try ! And his customer service was so good and he was very nice :3!

In Redlands for car repair; on way home found Arby’s in San Bernadino using car navigator. Large parking lot and trees for shade on some parking spots. Ordered value deal of two fish sandwiches for $6.
Large filets with tartar sauce and lettuce. Offered ketchup, variety of sauces… asked for Ranch dressing.
Large lemonade. Drive- thru; we ate in car in parking lot.

Very long drive-thru wait time; don’t order the Two for $6 Chicken Ranch sandwiches, they were cold and not tasty whatsoever, the cheese looked like it was just taken out of the refrigerator, I threw away the second sandwich, and napkins were not included inside the bag.
