I’m not sure what happened with this meal, but I’ve been to chilis before, about a year ago and it was delicious. I got the 6 ounce steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The only food I was able to finish is the potatoes. The broccoli smelled like it was put in dirty water to blanch, they were also not fresh. The steak was chewy and could not finish it. I would give this a 1/10 but the mashed potatoes were good.

Food was ok, not sure what the problem was quesadilla was burnt. Ribs were delicious. Chicken strips were ok. But out server who I wish so bad I knew her name. So my son asked can we get water for the table my son is thirsty. Then he ordered an ice tea and my daughter just said water is good, she turned to walk away and I said, EXCUSE ME. I WOULD LIKE A DRINK!!! And she then said. My son only ordered water. Which is completely wrong. Since he also ordered ice tea and she asked my daughter…. And the young girl that brought out our food ZERO PERSONALLY Horrible customer service.

I’ve been to Chili’s a lot. My brother and I were spending his birthday together tonight here, but I have dietary allergies and restrictions that have made eating out a trial.
The wait and cook staff were incredible. They made sure my food was safe to eat, and even though it was an odd order when we finished, it was plated so nicely. I’m glad the staff are so above and beyond here because it’s my brother’s favorite place. It’s not a place for vegetarians or corn or dairy allergens, but I’m blown away by how awesome they were at making it work for me so I could celebrate with my brother.
Their willingness to help me find something I can eat makes me want to recommend them more and more. Thank you, guys!

We had a really disappointing experience at this Chili’s. It was freezing inside, which made it uncomfortable the whole time, especially with kids. Our order took over an hour to come out, and when it finally did, the food was awful. The kids’ meals were unacceptable — the burgers were raw, and the kids’ meal pizza was so hard and gross that even our 4-year-old wouldn’t eat it.
We barely touched our food, and despite that, our server never checked on us or seemed to notice or care. Overall, the service and food quality were extremely poor, and we won’t be coming back.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! The servers were spot-on tonight. We ordered appetizers that came out very quickly and were delicious. The steaks were prepared to order. The dips were tasty. The bathrooms (well, the ladies room anyway) were clean and nice. We were in and out in less than an hour with no wait on a Wednesday night at 7:15 p.m. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant! Great job!

Prices have gone up and food quality has gone down. Service is usually pretty good but Chili’s corporate needs to quit cutting corners and deliver a better quality of food.

Where to start. The hostess was great. We went in for a birthday celebration. The hostess told us we would get any desert on the menu free. That’s awesome we thought. We were told if we we signed up for their rewards program We would get chips and salsa free, so we did. The service started off good and slowly declined. The food was average. Then it was time to get that free desert. We asked the server and he started with some attitude and questioned if it was really my birthday. He said all we can do is bring you one scope of ice cream. I’m really not happy with the miscommunication and the attitude. I will not eat here again.
