I was here in the drive thru right at 10am and the young man that took our order was amazing!! Took our order and got everything correct!! Sandwiches and fries were fresh and so good also. I didn’t get the young man’s name but he deserves such praise.

I went to try these new steak bites and I was so disappointed. I got a 5 PC and when I opened it I was stocked with what I received. I will never buy this again they are not even not that great.I will be posting a pic of what I received on this review.

Last week someone made a mistake on our order and we didn’t discover it until we got home, so we called the restaurant to let them know. The manager told us she would take our name down so that she could replace our meal next time we came in. Tonight we went to get our meal and Anthony was at the drive through. He was great. He apologized for the mistake, although it wasn’t him that made the mistake last week, and greeted us with a smile, and a friendly attitude. Thank you Anthony. We very much appreciate it.

This is my second and last time here. I ordered a spicy chicken lettuce wrapped. It was inedible as is. The lettuce was drenched in sauce and completely soggy. I love sauce, but this was even too much for me. The tomatoes were also soggy from the amount of sauce. I took the 3 or 4 nuggets out, wiped off the gobs of extra sauce and ate them. I was expecting a spicy chicken sandwich patty not smothered nuggets. I am not a picky person but this was appallingly bad.

I’ve stopped at this location a few times. Each visit the staff has been friendly and quick to serve. The inside dinning is a little small but has been clean when I’ve ordered. Thank you, to staff at this Arby’s Location.

Overworked employees with attitudes. No greeting, no asking if you want any sauce and I even ordered off of the app. The customer in front of me waited in line for five minutes just to ask for sauce. This place is also very dirty. Take a look at the pendant lights to see all of the caked on dust.

I never had roast beef from arbys that was hard crunchy shredded and dark like this . I wasted time gas and money and risked being sick after I asked if my order can be made fresh and I’d be happy to wait longer if I need to. No one was in line when I got there . I’d be very careful after seeing this on getting sick!!!

Very Expensive. Brisket sandwich looked like a kid’s meal but tasted good.. Old Brown lil piece of lettuce ,teeny tiny tomato,wheat bread a lil hard on turkey sandwich.Potato cakes were excellent!I guess we won’t go to another Arby’s for five more years.Disappointing!
