Went to another Arbys location and it reminded me how much i like this one. The staff has always treated us right, even when the app doesn’t want to work. Ive seen the manager training staff how to solve issues for customers and the food has been hot and fresh.

Worst Arbys Ever! Came here 07/30/23 at around 5 pm. I ordered online and when I got there- the staff kept talking amongst themselves instead of getting orders on time. I had to wait almost 30 minutes longer than the estimated time Arby’s app had given me to pick up order. No sense of urgency and lack of costumer service. Manager was aware of situation and never offered to help offer solutions.

I never had roast beef from arbys that was hard crunchy shredded and dark like this . I wasted time gas and money and risked being sick after I asked if my order can be made fresh and I’d be happy to wait longer if I need to. No one was in line when I got there . I’d be very careful after seeing this on getting sick!!!
