I just pulled up and got told to go make change for $36.32 because apparently the $50 in my wallet that came from a bank is counterfeit. Nothing on that menu is under $20 for security purposes. Way to start the new year with your customer basis of 15 years, Arbys. Their employees are always rude at the window as well. I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again.

Ordered dinner for the family & all was well until I bit into my Roast beef sandwich & there was a weird taste. Turns out, the top bun was burnt, BLACK!!! NOT cool to serve someone that! Don’t sacrifice quality for speed. ANYBODY can serve a brick in 5 seconds!

We waited 20 mins just to order. We left because the kiddos got restless. They seemed backed up but had a crew of 4-5 employees and there just a few customers all waiting for orders. There was no one in the drive thru. We left to Wendy’s next door and noticed two of the employees smoking in the back lol

This location is frequently out of the current advertised special sandwich. This time it was the Philly Cheese steak. I’d been looking forward to trying it out for over the last week and a half, just to be told they were out of the meat. Of course they were. Not the first time. Beyond that, this location has forgotten to put one of the items in the bag, but I don’t notice until I get home. Last time was fries. I called to tell them they forgot my fries and all they said was, “If you want to come back we’ll get you your fries.” No apologies for shorting me or anything, just come back and get em. Meanwhile the rest of my order is sitting on my coffee table getting cold. I like Arby’s, but the track record with this one is not great.
