Our dog Tia was offered a dog treat when I picked up my order placed in the drive through. When I finished my Gyro, so good for fast food, I walked in to the restaurant and asked an employee if I could get one more treat for our dog. The employee looked at his manager like, is that ok, & his manager nodded his head in agreement. Score two for Tia! Great drive through or walk-in fast food.

We did the drive through. The employees were very nice there was just a lack in staff. Its hard to run even a fast food restaurant without enough people.
Beef and chddars were great the jamoca shake was wonderful. The curly frys were all broken pieces from the end of the bag with the exception of two frys.
We sat there for quite some time waiting for our food.
I think adding 2 employees to the shift would have made all the difference.

Would give zero stars if I could! Having read the other 20 reviews about this Arby’s it is clear there are huge problems. Me and my wife walk in I went to sit down to order from my phone, not knowing they do not allow online orders. So they do not have to participate in any of the deals that are on the app. However, they do allow online orders from 3rd party deliveries. My wife asked for the code and the rude manager told her the bathroom is only for paying customers. That after we paid she could get the code. What a terrible first impression and such a poor business model. I order, my wife gets the code and we get our food. My order was wrong but I had no time to deal with it so I just ate it. While eating the manager was barking orders and corrections to his staff. Poor managers bully rather than train! I spoke to the manager about the bathroom situation on our way out, he was both rude and dismissive. Managers who cannot hear their customers concerns will soon not have any customers to be concerned about. I love Arby’s but I will never stop at this one again. The place does look new and was clean. The young man who took our order was also very kind and helpful.

We traveled from South Dakota to visit family in Tucson. We randomly stopped at this Arby’s and the food was hot and fresh. The manager went out his way to make sure our kids had toys for their meals and made a great shake! Thanks again!

This is the closest “fast food” restaurant to my house . I’m always impressed with the staff and food. Now they have burgers (excellent by the way) and gyros. Sometimes I find Arby’s to be ” iffy”. This one is awesome!

I ordered 2 gyros left and drove 2 hours before I relapsed didn’t receive them. I called and they said are you the lady that left her order.. they took my name and said I had to return with receipt.i told them u couldn’t because I live to far away and it would be night time and can’t drive at night. They said come next day
I went and they called manager and he said he couldn’t refund, it had to be done same day.. 2 different stories. I had asked to talk to owner manager the first day, and they canceled my call. I stop at this location on my way home at least twice a .month, will never use this location again.

I don’t usually give fast foods 5 stars but they would deserve it. I just can’t in all honesty believe that drive through and fast food places are 5 star restaurants

Went in here last night. I ordered the two for six. Got to the window and my total was high and I said that’s not right oh we don’t go by the specials here. Then you should have told me that at the speaker. And I left. I go to the one at Megee Oracle I quit going to this one years ago but I thought I’d try it again no difference the people are rude charge you more refused to take coupons never again the owner is something else
